This store is rubbish, they scammed me, they stole my money and they didn't solve it. The girl who is answering even gave me fake numbers about the company and I asked her for the manager, he never showed me his face, they are dedicated to scamming, they charge you first if there is no The team will not refund your money, please do not go. I have the receipts. They charge me and they never refunded my money. It is garbage. Please help report this business. It is on 121.

My boost mobile Samsung A12 locked up and showed it needed a software update so I went to the Boost Mobile Store at 1955 S Hwy 121 Lewisville Tx. and ask for assistance and I couldn't get the customer service Rep. to even look at the phone. He said from the start that I needed a new phone period. I tried to explain that I was short on funds and just needed a Wi-Fi connection so that I could download the update software. First he said the the store didn't have a Wi-Fi connection and I quickly pointed out that there was a Boost Mobile Wi-Fi network listed on my phone, Then he said that he didn't know the password to the store Wi-Fi network. So I left and found a Wi-Fi connection that was available to download the update and wouldn't you know it the phone is working great. Not everyone is able to buy a new phone on the spot and I wasn't expecting the Boost Mobile Service Provider to help me free of charge, at the very least he could have looked at the phone. In addition to the crappy service this store really smells bad. Both problems need to be addressed sooner rather then later.
