Osvaldo was a helpful, friendly and informational person. Gallegos the manager was also very friendly, insightful and lots of knowlegde about phones. I would recommend my friends and family to boost mobile.

My boost mobile Samsung A12 locked up and showed it needed a software update so I went to the Boost Mobile Store at 1955 S Hwy 121 Lewisville Tx. and ask for assistance and I couldn't get the customer service Rep. to even look at the phone. He said from the start that I needed a new phone period. I tried to explain that I was short on funds and just needed a Wi-Fi connection so that I could download the update software. First he said the the store didn't have a Wi-Fi connection and I quickly pointed out that there was a Boost Mobile Wi-Fi network listed on my phone, Then he said that he didn't know the password to the store Wi-Fi network. So I left and found a Wi-Fi connection that was available to download the update and wouldn't you know it the phone is working great. Not everyone is able to buy a new phone on the spot and I wasn't expecting the Boost Mobile Service Provider to help me free of charge, at the very least he could have looked at the phone. In addition to the crappy service this store really smells bad. Both problems need to be addressed sooner rather then later.

Wasn't able to add Mexico calling, to my plan, via the Boost website. It took a couple tries but they were able to do it.

STORE COMPLAINT 1955 S STATE HIGHWAY 121 LEWISVILLE 75067 "Maria" SUNDAY JUNE 22,2019 6pm Very rude. Came into the store, was completely ignored and couldn't even be greeted ***update*** SUNDAY JUNE 22, 2019 7:26 pm Purchased a Galaxy A6 with BOOST UP, cashier tried to POCKET cash from me. She said if I was paying cash, I could only pay "half of the down payment" in cash "$21" and the rest of it with card..$27 Informed her I was paying in card, only payed the down payment of the taxes and fees..$27 Kind of weird, later learned she was indeed trying to pocket it. WAS NEVER MENTIONED A "NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY" ***IN WHICH I LEARNED FROM BOOST CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT THERE IS A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY*** TUESDAY JUNE 25, 2019 6pm Very dissatisfied with this location. I purchased the GALAXY A6 using BOOST UP and was not satisfied with the phone because it couldn't compare to my IPHONE 8. The woman in the front REFUSED to refund the phone because "there was nothing wrong with it" and I explained to her I did not want to pay for a phone I didn't want to use. She kept repeating all she could do is an exchange and I told her if I was going to exchange, it would be to a higher iPhone, which is something I wasn't able to do at that time. She kept saying how there was a no return policy, which she didn't even let me know upfront from purchasing the phone.. But also I spoke with boost customer support AND THE COMPANY HAS A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. PERIOD. I told her I was very unhappy with how she dealt with everything and I wanted to cancel my service but she didn't even want to help me out with that either. She just told me to call customer support. I asked her for the store number and her name, Maria, which I'm unsure if that's even her name. There was no name tag. SHE TRIED TO STEAL MONEY FROM ME AS WELL. TOLD ME IF I PAY IN CASH I WOULD NEED TO PAY 20$ + THE DOWN PAYMENT TAXES OF THE PHONE ON MY CARD. BUT I TOLD HER I ONLY HAD CARD SO SHE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT TAXES. SHE WAS TRYING TO POCKET CASH FROM ME. BECAUSE THAT WHATEVER THAT 20$ WAS FOR, WASNT MENTIONED WHEN I TOLD HER I WILL BE USING CARD. I asked to speak with a manager she said there wasn't one available today. I asked her when the manager would be available and she refused to tell me. She refused to tell me the name of the manager as well. Her service with me was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She was ARGUING with me, which I felt VERY unprofessional. I had a customer support representative on the phone trying to speak with her, and she refused to speak with them + also refused to answer the store phone when it was ringing, when the customer support representative was trying to reach her. She did not honor the return even when support was telling her that it was company policy. This was a major inconvenience and this issue was very childish and unprofessional. I'm okay with boost mobile service and everything online, but this in store experience was the WORST experience of my life. I am contemplating on whether or not I should cancel my services. SHE TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY
