Brian, the manager, and Daniel were extremely helpful with the purchase of my new tractor. It took a little to get all my attachments transported from around the area, but they found what I needed, and I can't wait to start using it.

Good service, they even do not charge the 25% restocking fee on a skid steer part I was returning, the only bad thing is everything is way more expensive than buying on line.

This place is fantastic to buy outside machinery you need to do a great job. Bobcat is amazing with their grinders. Bobcat heavy machinery can do any job. I highly recommend the seller Nick. Go with him he’s an amazing a seller and gives good prices! Highly recommend Nick.

The worst customer service!! Took my skid steer for a warranty issue and once they “said” it was repaired the machine had the same issue. I spoke with MIKE and he blamed it on my ramps and explicitly said he “had spend too much money on my warranty and could no longer service me.” Without giving me any other option. I had to take my machine to another Bobcat location to get repaired and wasted three weeks with this establishment for nothing. I have never had such a terrible experience and answer for a warranty problem.

Had a couple issues with a few different dealerships. Then I called Brian at Lewisville location and he helped me out in minutes best customer service out of all of the locations in north Texas will only be comming here from now on can’t beleave the amount of help you did at closing hour Super blessed also, his mechanic is the best around aswell!!! Super knowledgeable and helpful!!! Daniel Rios is the #1 sales rep in my opinion aswell! Everyone give him a shout! Will work with you on anything while he is slammed super professional!
