If you’ve got a brand new Tiguan or something then I’m sure this is a great place to get your oil changed and what not. However, if you have an enthusiast vehicle and are looking for technical expertise then this is the wrong place. The service advisors are terrible translators when it comes to specific issues and as a result the technicians can’t help you because they don’t understand your problem. The wait is insane and the online scheduling “puts you at a disadvantage” (direct quote from the service advisor). The tech not only failed to properly diagnose my issue but missed several blatant issues that should have been called into question. I was hoping to speak to a master tech about specific issues related to my vehicle and what I got was a middle woman who couldn’t understand specifics of my issue.
TL;DR: if you have a brand new vehicle that you want to have maintained at typical expensive dealer rates then great, here’s your place. But if you have a special vehicle that requires special knowledge and dedication then consider other places like Blair automotive or GER Speed.

Volkswagen Lewisville is Awesome! Service Department took care of all my issue. Melissa was so nice and and a great service advisor! Highly recommend this dealership!

Never been disappointed with Lewisville VW service department. Got my 120k service done this time. May not be the cheapest place to get the maintenance but I’m willing to pay dealer price as long as they do it right. Their price is lower than another nearby dealer. Always on time, friendly and never pushy on recommended service that are not required by the manufacturer.

I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone was so nice and made me feel great doing business with Mauricio. He is a very nice guy. I don't like to go to dealerships because I feel like I'm being pressured. But the time I was there I did not feel that way.

Matt was my sales rep and extremely great at showing me cars that I wanted versus others who show you what they have to sell.
When I moved into credit and finance the level of service just went up. I am so pleased with the service that they all provided.

Trying calling service department to speak with a person, nearly impossible. Have to leave several voicemails to hear back, last time I buy a Volkswagen from this place. Can have all the warranties but doesn’t matter can never talk to a person.

I live in Houston, I made a purchase of a vehicle that I found online, the dealership was Lewisville Volkswagen.
I contacted them and the salesman that helped me was Bryan Koestner. The vehicle was the same price as to what they had online, no weird adjustments, and very good communication. I got the loan with my bank, he was helping me throughout the entire process. When I went to pick up the vehicle he was waiting for me, we closed the last details of the paperwork and everything was fine with the vehicle. I highly recommend Bryan Koestner and Lewisville Volkswagen for your next purchase on new and used cars.
