Bestway rentals the best place ever to rent whatever you need. I've been with them for almost 15 years. Very satisfied for everything I have rented from them that now I own. And certainly I will continue using them. For more merchandise that I can use. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody to come rent and own their own stuff.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The new management are RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Still trying to take money even though their stuff was returned!!! DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Buyer BEWARE! I have finished off my payments two months ago and they are still charging my card for what they called "insurance" and also I just got a notification that I owe them more money today. I was told yesterday the payments would be reimbursed and I haven't seen anything besides a new pending transaction on my account. Also everything I brought from them is already needing to be replaced, they sell cheap junk and gouge you on the price. Avoid this business at all cost. If they keep billing me and don't pay me back for what they fraudulently charge me, this will turn into a legal matter very fast.

They never delivered my furniture. They said they refunded my $100 but here I am 3 days later and still no refund. Obviously they just want your deposit then give you the run around. I needed that $100 for my kids and they don't care who they take it from

It was a little busy when I arrived but Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very professional and courteous They have very nice quality furnitire . If you are looking for a nice living room set, or bedroom set. Actually they even have washers, dryers, refrigerators and dinnig room tables. Bestway is the place to go!

I've been getting merchandise from them for 3 years and they have always treated me well and gave me a awesome price on the 90 day payoff.. Jeff and the crew are ever helpful and great at making your home comfortable ..

I am not happy with the store. I rented a desk and chair for a month as I had travelled to DFW on business. Items were picked within the 1month but they keep charging my credit card they have on file.

No Star! I bought furniture from them and it was infested with BED BUGS! Starting fresh in my new apartment and the first piece of furniture I bought was from them was infested and they tried to say it was me. I went to see them the next day to inform them to come pick up the couch and he said ok and picked up a big sprayer to treat bed bugs. If they have that on hand then of course they have a BED BUG PROBLEM. THEY HAVE YET TRIED TO REFUND ME

Customer service is AWFUL! I’ve never been treated so poorly as a good customer. I’m throwing my money down the drain for a company that doesn’t care about me one bit. I’ve been paying on a BROKEN electric couch for 12 weeks with no end in sight. Every time I ask for an update on the fix, I get told I’m going to get a call right back and not once has anyone called back.. including the district manager! I will be taking my money elsewhere.
