The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and even assisted with locating my choice at a nearby location where I was able to pull up four pickups.The only issue I had was another employee eating chips on the floor behind the counter out of her hand and handling merchandise. This day with Covid rising again, that is totally unsanitary!!! Luckily I was wearing a mask.

My husband and I came in today for some phone upgrades and we were assisted by Yolanda with Best Buy and Ahsan with Samsung. Yolanda was amazing and provided top level customer service, in spite of issues that we had with the phone carrier. We've always enjoyed shopping with Best Buy, and today was just another example of their great customer service. Yolanda is the best, if you need help with your phone lines, ask for her! Ahsan was awesome too, showing us the new phone we were ordering and the new features and even gave us some Samsung swag ?

Was helped by a young ladyJenna, who helped me with my laptop. She had it working. But when I got home, it still would not connect to my network. But Jenna was professional, helpful, and patient. I'll try to get it fixed again. Also, Ashley is very helpful, considerate, and appreciates customers. 5 stars for both.

I went to this BB location on 1/13/2024 (time noted on the receipt is 17:31) to return an Oura ring that was the incorrect size for my fiancé in order to exchange it for the correct size. We requested a different ring finish (brushed titanium) and correct size (size 11) to be shipped to us. Well we received the ring today and the finish was correct (brushed titanium) but the rep failed to order the correct size and ordered the same size ring that was returned (size 9). We’re very annoyed that we waited only to receive the incorrect sized ring. I am disappointed in the bad good customer service we received. Now we have to waste more time returning the ring and waiting for the another one to be delivered to us. Please do a better job next time!

My last time shopping here. It feels like a shipping warehouse when I walk in any of them. Customer service lacks service, information and accountability. My brand new laptop screen was falling apart and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past 30 days.

If I could give less that 1 star, I would. My one star review is for the customer service. I purchased something in store, but had a slight issue when i got home so i called the phone number listed on the website for that LOCAL store. The (214)phone number DOES NOT go to that store, but is outsourced to another country. There is no way to contact the physical store to speak to someone/manager. I had to drive back to the location to speak to a manager who confirmed that it is the BB business plan for customers to not be able to ring the store.Out of all the issues I had that day with trying to resolve an issue with customer service(in India), the very worst part is that BB intentionally prevents a customer from reaching the store. Super shady. BB hasn't learned that in this era, customer service is.paramount because the products they sell can be purchased literally anywhere(Target, NFM,) where customers are valued. This is why BB is becoming obsolete and the parking lot at Christmas time is a ghost town. Don't shop here, but if you do, pray to all that is holy that you don't need any CUSTOMER SERVICE.
