Absolutely awful customer service, there will be plenty of guys hanging around but won’t help. Especially there are guys next to the phone case and screen protector section for iPhones absolutely clueless and useless

I went to this store to buy a tablet and the sales guy name David was very rude when i was trying to change my address, he ended up putting the wrong address and now my tablet is going to be delayed.
He need to learn how to treat costumers better.

Do not recommend visiting this store even in your dream.
Generally I try my best to leave a positive review but here I'm afraid, people need to become aware about the service at this store.
Particularly the geek squad doesn't know what they need to do, very poor communication.
So what happened is, as I entered the store I came to see that there was only one lady at the geek squad assisting multiple lot of customers, so after waiting so long I insisted on looking at my laptop (It requires only tightening of screws. That's it. Done), there comes Mr. Not Interested who literally wants to get rid of the customer (I'm a best buy Total Member) with no basic help.
-> I happen to come earlier than the scheduled appointment time, cause I tried to reason with him that I have a dermatologist appointment and I have come from very far. I only asked him to keep the laptop and do service whenever he likes within the next 48 hours
-> But he doesn't listen at all, moreover he says it takes 3 weeks as they have to shop the laptop to get it repaired for a small tightening of the back cover of the laptop.
-> Even there are very little items in the stock

I've bought a TV from here, have gone here just to view laptops, and home here for advice and every time it's a nice experience. Even when the visit was in and out, the door people are always nice. Also can vouch my TV is still great years later with no defects. Always recommend pick up vs. delivery with big TVs because the delivery people WILL damage your TV. The Best Buy workers here don't! Thumbs up!

Came here to pickup an online order, there was a really long line but it hardly took five minutes. They were quite efficient, and quick to attend to everyone. Also what a massive space, one of the biggest BB I’ve seen.
I got a very good price on a newly released iPad, which was marked open-box, but turned out as good as new with 363 days of apple warranty still left.
