The jeweler here is very lazy. I brought 2 rings in yesterday. One was my husbands heirloom ring that was all bent out of shape. All the sales person did was push it down on one of those metal rods they use to check the size of the ring and said that’s all they could do. It didn’t get the warpness out at all. I also brought in my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered together. They called me the next day to come pick up my rings and the result was horrible! The bands didn’t match up at all, and at first the manager tried to tell me thats what they were supposed to look like. She said “I’ve worked in jewelry all my life and that’s how it is”. Then she told me it looked like that because the rings were 2 different sizes. When I asked why they didn’t call to inform me that they were different sizes before welding them together. I would have been happy to pay the difference to get them sized correctly. The manager just said well you didn’t tell us to call you. You’d think that any time there was a “hiccup” you’d call to ask how the customer wanted to proceed. But now it’s spot welded together in the weakest way possible and has marks on it from where I’m assuming the jeweler had it held while working on it. At the end the manager just tried to say “well only you will notice the bands don’t line up”. Yes but it is my wedding ring! Something sentimental that I will be wearing for a very long time and would want to show off. This is not work I’d be proud to show off! Very sloppy work indeed. I do not recommendOn top of it they assumed my rings were silver at first glance (they are in fact brand new 10k white gold) and told me they could only solder them if they were gold. Which is either a bad policy or more laziness on their part

I want to genuinely thank Beasley's for their patience, expertise, and kindness in making my granddaughter's gift, which she will be able to wear for many decades to come. I appreciate everything they do and love their amazing staff and owner! They are trustworthy as well and will go extra miles to deliver and make people happy with their quality work. I have had many things done by them in the past, and this one was no different. They nailed it! This one was a project-type, special, future heirloom gift for my 8-year-old granddaughter. They worked with all my mind-changing ideas and educated me in my options. They even brought multiple selections for the final decision when selecting the princess-cut diamond earrings.I want to share with others the final works that will be a keepsakes showcasing Beasley's beautiful works in diamonds as well as a future heirloom for my granddaughter.My hope is that the earrings will not only remind my granddaughter of me and my husband, but more so of my mother, who gave diamonds to me at a young age. When my granddaughter wears them for decades to come, I hope she cherishes the beauty that Beasley's was able to deliver and remembers her grandparents and great-grandmother. Obviously, pictures will not show the true beauty of Beasley's efforts and work but can help illustrate it.Here are some pictures showcasing their beautiful work in diamonds. It is a "message in a bottle" theme with a vineyard twist tieing in the grapes of our vineyard as well as time and my mother's favorite rose. The message was created on a scroll for safe keeping in the wine box.Also recently, Beasley's resized one of my mother's rings for me as a pinky ring. I first thought it was too small, but after a couple of days of wearing it, my finger tissue got used to wearing a ring on that pinky, and it fits perfectly. If it had been bigger, I probably would have lost it, since I wasn't use to wearing a ring on my pinky.I hope you'll put your trust and faith in Beasley's when you're ready for your next idea in diamonds or jewelry. Again, hats off to Beasley's! You can always count on them.

I walked in to a buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and didn’t know the first thing about the ring buying process. Alli was extremely professional and knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the way, which made the process enjoyable and relaxing. Beasley’s cares for each customer that walks in their doors and I would truly recommend them to everyone, from new buyers to experienced jewelry customers!

I had the most amazing experience at this store. Allie helped me with some family heirlooms and I could not be happier. I inherited my grandmother's diamond necklace. It needed a new chain and Allie gave me the best suggestions on how to update it. She then showed me how I could change my old wedding ring into a birthstone ring and put my old diamond onto a drop necklace for one of my girls. Lastly, she worked with me to find the perfect color birthstone for my old wedding ring. I am not a big jewelry person and since the jewelry I was updating were special pieces that I plan to keep in my family for generations, I was extremely picky. Allie was very patient with me the whole time. I was shocked my how fair the prices were in the end too. Beasleys is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to either update or purchase new jewelry.

Beasleys is the best. If you want someone you can trust this is the place. My fiancé got my engagement ring here and my wedding band. The quality of the diamond is stunning and they were able to get us the best price for what we wanted. Also they listen and custom designed my dream engagement ring & band. This is the only place I will go to purchase jewelry. If you want a place that cares and treats you like family this is the place for you.

I brought a ring here to have resized, and not knowing my size, they quickly sized my finger. Although they sized it exactly how they quickly measured my finger, after wearing it for less than a day, it felt uncomfortably tight. I was upset because this ring is the ring my father gave my mother when he proposed to her, and I was excited to finally start wearing it after paying a good amount to have this service done. I brought it back the next day to see what my options were in order to make it a comfortable fit, and I felt completely attacked. The lady’s attitude was extremely rude, she told me it fit fine, that they did exactly what they were supposed to do, and if I needed them to add gold to it I could pay for another resizing. The young lady concluded her rant with a “I’ve been doing this my whole life”. I knew this wasn’t their fault, and I was willing to pay for another service, but I will take it somewhere else. They have no regard or concern for the customer’s satisfaction. They didn’t care that I was unhappy with how this turned out. I live and work in Old Town Lewisville and take pride in supporting the local businesses of my neighborhood, but this isn’t it. Their behavior was shockingly arrogant for such a humble looking place. If you are looking for a jeweler that cares about their customers, keep looking.

Im really quite particular in taste. I like dainty and different. Went all over the place physically and on the internet. Found a lot I like overseas but none here in the states, until I went to Beasley’s! They were very helpful and super nice. They had a lot of options and even showed me how they can custom make a ring if I wanted. I was really impressed! I found one I really like annnnnd this happened 12-18-22.Thank you Beasleys!! It’s perfect!

Came here twice and they immediately asked to clean my ring. Both times they gave it back to me with a new diamond missing (in the same exact spot on different sides). Coincidence? You tell me. I will never recommend this sketchy place to anyone
