Absolutely ridiculous location. Came to return rental in the morning at 7am when they were supposed to be opening. Waited until 7:35am and still saw nobody at all. They had what looked like a dropbox, but it wasn't labeled as such in any way at all.Called customer support and they do not even show location had a dropbox available. I couldn't wait any longer, so just took the car with me as suggested by the representative on the phone. They had to send a tow truck to come pick it up!The return location called me asking me when I was going to return their car at 10:30am. I informed them that no one was there in the morning and I was unable to wait. A tow truck would come get it. The man on the phone told me to that they're there now (no apology whatsoever for no one being there at opening) and for me to bring it in right away. I just told him that's not possible as I'm working. He just said "fine, okay".It looks like he tacked on an extra day charge on my bill!!! I had to spend another 45 min on the phone with customer support to try to get it fixed. Hopefully the charge reversal goes through smoothly.Judging by several of the other reviews recently, Avis/Budget should probably seriously do something about the quality of the service and staff at this particular location.

I had a rental set for pick up on 3/8/24 at 7am I received a call from someone after 4:50pm the gentleman told me they have no cars and because they didn't get a drop and I HAD to figure out where I was going to get a car from and said ok and hung up, when I tried to call back there was no Answer, I went up there at 5:15 and it was closed !!!!! I have rented from this location so much I was furious, panicking, etc..... it was completely unprofessional and just so unsympathetic. I have another coming up next week and my anxiety is high about this due to this situation I usually never have issues...

We picked up the car at Music City Kiosk in Lewisville, TX, and it was filthy on the outside. The agent said I could get it washed and he would see that we were reimbursed. (In fairness, local carwashes were closed due to cold weather.) We washed the car later that day. I submitted a receipt when we returned it at 11AM 12 days later, along with the car and keys. There was no one at the kiosk and we had to deposit them in a box. I have received no credit for the $10 carwash. Also, why were we charged an airport fee when we were miles from any airport?

Careful they will jack you and everything you have in the vehicle. I was hospitalized and the car was stolen and towed. I was in total communication, provider every document needed.

Had a reservation for Friday afternoon at 1.We tried calling numerous time and decided to come to the location. We waited for few hours (ran errands in between times, and kept coming back to check if the employee came back).The employee there took a 4+ hour break "to wash one car"Had to cancel the reservation and book somewhere else.

Great Rental Kiosk. In and out. They were ready with my rental early and I was able to check in and get on the road quick. I was able to use the drop box to Check out Sunday evening and they text me Monday morning to let me know everything went well. Thanks Lewisville Avis Kiosk. Keep up the good work. I will return for more business.

I was please with my rental. But the only problem was not knowing the changes of the deposit, but other than that the staff was excellent and friendly.

Terrible service!! My car wasn’t ready til 12:30-1pm when it was booked for 11am!! Time was supposed to be pushed back to 1pm in the system according to Joshua!! I was charged for their mistake and remind you I filled up the car it was on Full, washed, and vacuumed out the car without their detailers (2hr extra charge plus gas)!!! Basically after I was told one thing by Joshua they went an tried to scam me thinking I wouldn’t notice!! Muhammad argued me down behind my money and canceled out my other reservation before I could unlock my bank card so they could do the deposit hold!! Customer service told me they would ignite me a refund for the full deposit back and yet they never did!! They still charged my card for their bs!! And tried to send me a $30 gas card!! Over 1k something odd dollars was wasted!!

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to write a review. Our experience renting a car here was unfortunately, extremely unpleasant. My company is paying to relocate us and covered all expenses. Upon arriving, Mahammad inferred that we were lying and scamming to get a discount. I will note that we weren't even paying (my company was) so we didn't care how much it cost. He insisted he needed to see 2 forms of ID from my fiancee and then made me show him my company's employee ID, which I have never had to do.I've used Avis at least 30 times through company travel and relocation the last few years and this have never been an issue. Once I was able to get a family member to send me a picture of my employee ID, I was then accused of showing an expired ID. Mahammad insisted that the "Issued" date was an expiration date. After he realized he was wrong, instead of apologizing he then pivoted saying that the Id needed an expiration date to be valid. He then tried to make it seem like he was doing is a favor by accepting the Id and said no company anywhere including his could or works accept it in the future...I can only assume the issue was that I am a woman with a different last name than my fiancee therefore we couldn't possibly be getting a discount through my company?? I have no idea what the issue was so that is what I'm left to assume. All this trouble occured while we are carrying around our newborn baby.When we finally got the car and left the parking lot the low tire pressure lights came on. We decided to just fill up the tires instead of returning to inform the unpleasant employee. Later we found trash in the car including a banana peel. When we returned the car the next day, my fiancee informed Mahammad that there was trash in the vehicle and he claimed "there was no way that could be true"... Again inferring we were lying.Such unpleasantness and completely unnecessary attitude. To assume customers are liars is not a good way to run a business.

I would highly disregard the previous low reviews. Mohammed was polite, nice and professional. He even called me back after I didn't get through. Great service- excellent selection of cars. I will be renting here for all my business trips!

I am an out of state visitor and Mahammad was very fast friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with my service and will come back again when I need to.
