TODAY I HAD THE WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO CALL THIS CAR SALES COMPANY TO INQUIRE ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE FIRST THE PERSON WHOM ANSWER THE CALL DIDN'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON INVENTORY AND WAS RUDE WHEN I ASK ABOUT THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. MAMMY TOOK THE CALL AND WAS ALSO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I ASK YO SPEAK WITH THE OWN OF THE COMANY AND HE SAID IT WAS HIM HE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. UNPON CALLING BACK HE ANSWER AND SAID HE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME .
THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONIES WITH. RESPECT IS EVERY!!!! AUTO FI
AND IF MANNY IS NOT THE OWNER I WOULD LOVE TO TALK WITH THE OWNER.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY WHEN MONIES ARE BEING SPENT.

Looked around the lot. Visually some cars weren’t in good shape (bald tires, cracked tail lights, flat tire) Went inside to get keys and inquire about 2 we liked but was ignored. So we just left after few minutes. Same as the couple that came in right before us.
UPDATE: What an interesting way to conduct business by responding to valid criticism like a teenager. What does my other reviews have to do with YOUR business? Yes the Escape was One of the vehicles we were interested in, yet NO ONE spoke to us. So you literally just told a LIE. The man up front looked at us and continued to shuffle papers, the woman in the middle continued typing and shuffling papers, lastly the man in the back room helped someone else then when we went back inside he disappeared. I don’t need to lie & we waited long enough to walk the whole lot, narrow it down to 2 vehicles we liked, go inside then back out and wait again. Clearly I don’t lack patience. You however lack honesty & decorum. With that being said have the day you deserve.
