“Got both cars detailed here with The Carnation detail package. Hard to find a full service detail anymore and this fit the bill for full inside/out detail for a reasonable price. Shout out to Jorge, the manager, for his great customer service in replacing a rubber floor mat that was misplaced. Make sure to check your floor mats after detail services as this was not noticed with the paper mat when I got the car back. Jorge made sure I got the car back as it was and replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service, gaining a new customer. Thanks!”

“This establishment is really good. I have visited it at least three times. The first time was on August 3, 2022, the second time was on January 14, 2023, and the third time was on March 11, 2023. Each visit was a great experience because the equipment was well-maintained, and the staff towel-dried my car afterward.
I think it would make a big difference to have at least one cashier available at all times. On my first and third visits, I had to wait for a few minutes because there was no one at the cashier spot. The person there was busy prepping a car to go through the tunnel. However, he eventually arrived to assist, and when he did, he provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and friendly.
I still believe new owners are needed as of 2024 due to recent bad reviews mentioning malfunctioning equipment and non-functional vacuums. It would be great to have at least one pay station with a cashier alongside the kiosk. Additionally, there should be an unlimited member-only lane and more free self-service vacuums, and the equipment should be refurbished to run like it's brand new again.”
