I worked with Jeffrey on finding my mom a car that would fit her needs and within her budget. He was patient with us (I’m kinda a hardass lol) and we looked at a couple cars until we settled on the fiat 500xl. The vehicle had a strong vibration in gear (bad engine mount) and pulled left. Jeffrey got the car over to a local shop and got the issues corrected before we took delivery. Jeffrey is easily a 5 star salesman and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to ACI to buy a car in the future.

My 17 year old son had a devastating experience at Auto Capital. He saved all his money and worked very hard to buy a 2017 Nissan Titan XD. When he asked to test drive it the said something about not being able to drive on the highway because of insurance. That should have been our first red flag. He was so excited and got all his money together and paid cash. He drove the truck 3 weeks. First it had a flat tire immediately. No big deal. That happens…. Then the truck completely stops running in the middle of University Ave one night. We took it to a trusted mechanic we had used for years. They told us the engine had been swapped out. No one ever told us that. They said that it needs a complete new engine for $21,000. We went to Auto Capital to talk to them. They said our mechanic was wrong. Their mechanic checks all the vehicles and we should bring it to their mechanic to pay to get it checked. They owed us nothing. He didn’t get a warranty so too bad for him. If you are a reputable dealership you should stand by a purchase after 3 weeks. We ended up having to buy another vehicle so my son could get to college and work. It has effected our whole family. We have since talked to other dealerships that said they should not have legally sold a vehicle to a 17 year old either. Who knows? Either way there is something shady going on there and I don’t know how they sleep at night doing what they do to young men just starting out in life.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR CHRISTIAN CAPPIELLO. Inquired about a Z06 that he had listed and it's used. My family has worked for General Motors for over 150 years so very familiar with the chevy product. I asked did the Z06 not come with a factory warranty because Chevy states if a z06 is sold by the owner within six months of purchase it voids the factory GM warranty. Christian advised me that they bought it from a dealer (that made them sign a document stating they wouldn't sell for 180 days) and I can still have the warranty if I place a deposit and wait 4 months (for the six months from Chevy to expire) to pick the car up/register the vehicle. Christian advised me that I was an uneducated customer in the world of high dollar vehicles with nothing else better to do. Yes he actually said that and I have the screen shots of the conversation. I told him several dealers in the southern region were selling brand new Z06 models at MSRP and he said yeah right. Asking 30k over MSRP for a used Z06 is bad enough but Christian is a very entitled, rude and to talk to a potential customer like that is unbelievable. Stay away, you've been warned!!!!

I had a terrible experience at AutoCapital. The cars on their lot were in much worse condition than advertised. The one I was interested in had obvious signs of wear and tear, including dents, scratches, and a musty odor inside. When I asked about the vehicle history, the salesperson seemed evasive and unwilling to provide any concrete information. They also tried to pressure me into buying the car on the spot, even though I clearly needed more time to think it over. Overall, I felt deceived and misled by this dealership, and I would caution anyone against doing business with them.
