Oh my, this review would require to much to put in text and at this point I doubt anyone really cares. We were wanting to buy 5 phones and establish 3 accounts plus upgrade mine. The csr was useless, he would not get help, the store manager avoided him and stayed with other employees in the back, the people on the phone, the store csr contacted, verifying my sons phone purchase could not activate the account and said they could not help him or tell him why, we were at the store 4 hours, i watched numerous unhelped customers get frustrated and leave because they were left waiting while the store manager and 2 employees hid in the back and even though we were there for 4 hours, and eventually bought 5 new phones, we were told there was no restroom and we should go to the cookie store next door. It was awful and I will never go to the store at that location again.To end the whole experience, my daughter bought a cell phone cover, there were no employees around and we finally managed to catch the manager, who rang us up. To make a messed up situation even worse, the manager told her, if you leave a review, especially a one star, which I know you will, remember who helped you. How messed up was that?

Went in to see why I couldn’t hear well when holding the phone to my ear and I was presented with a great deal for a newer phone ! Never dreamed I would be able to upgrade♥️♥️♥️

Extremely Frustrating Experience at AT&T Store in Colony, TXMy recent experience at the AT&T store in Colony, TX, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and compelled to share my disappointment. A week ago, my family and I purchased a prepaid line from this location, expecting a smooth activation process and the receipt of a PIN code. Unfortunately, what ensued was a series of unfulfilled promises and conflicting information that has tarnished my perception of this AT&T branch.Not only did the store neglect to provide the promised PIN code, but they also failed to enter the correct email address associated with our account. This oversight became a major inconvenience when we attempted to transfer the service to a new phone, purchased elsewhere. Despite our loyalty as AT&T customers for eight years, the service at this specific location has left much to be desired.To exacerbate matters, we were initially told to return the next day when the manager would be available to resolve the issue. However, upon our return, we were informed that there was no manager on-site, and the assistant manager was conveniently on vacation. This inconsistency and lack of accountability are disheartening and reflective of a disregard for customer satisfaction.It's evident that customer service is not a priority at this AT&T store, as the staff seemed more focused on activation fees and contracts than addressing and resolving customer issues. While I have always valued AT&T's services, this experience has cast a shadow on the company's reputation.Despite the frustrations encountered at this specific location, I remain committed to AT&T services. However, it is my sincere hope that AT&T corporate takes note of the issues plaguing this store and takes corrective action to uphold the company's standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Beware of this store and check your bill and enrolled services immediately after you leave!!I was forced to come into a retail store to “verify my identity” since my account was less than 60 days old. All I wanted to do was add a family member to my account. They have their own phone and everything. First they set me up with a physical SIM card when I requested an eSIM. Then they added several device insurance add ons that I didn’t approve of. They didn’t even ask.After I realized what they had done, I immediately removed the services from my account but the customer service rep said I owe the prorated amounts since the “the services were provided”… fraudulent business practices with dishonest employees who are trying to make a few dollars. Won’t be coming back.
