I've been an ATT account holder for a very long time. This is, hands down, the best phone store (ATT and any other service provider), I've ever had the pleasure of walking into. I drive past other ATT stores to get to this one. Jessica has helped me several times when I was there, ask for her by name. She is knowledgeable, informative, and such a pleasure to be around. If you are wondering which store to go to, do yourself a favor and look no further than here. Thank you, Jessica!!

HORRID SERVICE!!! BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! DON’T DO IT!!! If I could give negative 1000 stars I would! My family and I came into the store in June ‘23 to trade in & upgrade my son’s iPhone with the current promotion to receive $700 in credit towards his monthly bill. We were told by Jordan that that location does not accept trade-ins at the store. He said that we would need to ship it out from home and to expect an email from AT&T with a shipping label and instructions. We left the store thinking all was well.After weeks of having not received shipping information, I contacted AT&T via phone and got the run around as far as shipping labels are concerned. I eventually hung up. More weeks go by and I still have not received any communication about shipping the phone back nor have I received any credit for the promotion on my bill.I contacted customer service, who eventually put me in contact with the promotions department. The agent was courteous and gave me a case number for my claim and instructed me to contact a different department where they will be happy to help with applying the promotion and credits to my account as well as assisting with shipping in the phone.I contacted the department and gave the case number that the previous agent had created. The phone agent in the promotions department then told me that since 30 days had passed, we were no longer eligible for the promotion. He said his hands were tied because we made the transaction in store and not online. To add insult to injury, he told me that the order was placed in- store with Jordan as a REGULAR upgrade with no notation of any promotion or trade-in whatsoever!The agent then said that there was nothing he could do and told me to call the store and speak with the manager because only the manager could remedy the situation and have the credits applied properly. He assured me that she has the tools available to do what needs to be done with this travesty of a transaction. He then texted me the telephone number to the store.I called in and guess who answers? Jordan. I explained what happened and he assured me that he and his assistant manager give excellent customer service, and that he would have never told me that. He said they ALWAYS take trade-ins in store and have an excellent track record of doing so. He’s unsure what happened with my transaction but would contact his manager Jessica, who was out of the store at the time.While on the line with me, he contacted Jessica on her cell who then told him that there was nothing she would do to help remedy the situation. I was told to contact customer retention at *7283 as my only option.As the store manager who has access to support to remedy in-house issues such as mine Jessica simply did not want to be bothered. She did not ask for my information or request to give me a call to speak with me personally. She did not even attempt to remedy the situation when all of this happened because of an error on the part of one of her employees. I was told by Jordan that that’s it. And there was nothing that can be done on their end. HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews on this place before stopping in.$700 trade in value toward my son’s new iPhone gone. Nonexistent. I contacted customer retention who documented all the information yet still could not help me because yet again, all of this transpired at a location and not online or over the phone. It was only documented as a regular upgrade with no promotion, no trade-in or anything! ?I have been a loyal AT&T customer since Cingular wireless and this is by far the absolute WORST treatment I’ve ever received from this company! Do not go to this location. AT&T AT 729 HEBRON PKWY LEWISVILLE, TX 75057 IN THE TARGET PARKING LOT ACROSS FROM STARBUCKS! They could care less about their customers let alone owning their errors and making it right.

Went into the store today to unlock my phone . Noah,the supposed manager did absolutely nothing to help me .he told me he was “guessing” and didn’t know what information I was supposed to put in online to unlock my phone ,and when I had realized he gave me wrong information ,he didn’t take accountability. he actually proceeded to tell me to go on to another AT&T store and he also encouraged me to call AT&T and give a review of how upset I was .so clearly ,he does not value his job . Has no professionalism , has no concerns for customers .this whole experience with him has changed my entire view about AT&T cus looks like they hire just about anybody to be a manager which is disgusting .Jessica ended up helping me which I was thankful for .but Noah ,he was horrible .won’t recommended anyone going into that store if Noah is in there.

My wife and I were having trouble setting up our new phones so we took them in to Noah and he was so kind to us. He set our phones up quickly and efficiently. It was a very positive experience.

Evelyn and Noah provided the absolute best customer experience that I have ever had at a Phone or Carrier Store. I walked out of the store with a brand new iPhone-14 Pro Max, along with a new iPhone-12 mini and additional phone line for $50 less per month than I was paying when I walked in!!! I will be recommending this AT&T to everyone I know and coming back for all of my future phone & wireless needs.

Evelyn did such an amazing job explaining my bill last Friday, I have never met a person so patient. Evelyn answered all of my questions and despite me being upset over a charge she took the time to explain and breakdown my bill. 1000/10 would recommend Evelyn!!!!

Alyssa, Anita, Noah and Evelyn were all so helpful and knowledgeable with all products. We switched over an account and upgraded to a new device. Process was seemless. Was offered products and promotions specific to our needs. Great experience!
