This place received my trade in back on Pct 26 and USPS notification says "Left with an individual." It's now Dec 31, 2023 and Tmobile has not located the phone. I will be filing a police report against Assurant for stolen property.

I mailed my trade-in device back in October. The tracking number said it was delivered 10/24 and it is now 12/22 and there's no sign of my device. I'm continuing to be charged for a phone not even in my possession. USPS confirmed the delivery scan happened at the address. After seeing all these other reviews I now know this isn't the first time. Please send my phone back!

Shipped in a Galaxy Watch4 for a trade-in through Samsung, package was delivered on 11/28/2023 and Samsung is still telling me they haven't received confirmation for this trade in. It's already 12/09/2023 and I've had to extend my trade-in deadline twice because these people either 1. don't know how to check their mail 2. lost my package 3. aren't doing their job 4. maybe they stole my trade-in device, who knows.

They made a false report regarding a trade in. And I'm now being charged $700. Avoid dealing with these people at all costs. You will get scammed.They are zero help in trying to rectify the situation.

Personally looking at the others reviews and actually going through it I think this company is a scam because my trade in device is not being taken seriously and I see everybody else is going through the same thing..if you're not that worried about my package send it back.

Replacement phones for my area are handled out if Lewisville, Texas.Thanks to Assurant's incompetent employees sending 3 bad Replacement phones, I ended up going to Verizon. Metro begged me to stay before giving pin # to transfer to Verizon BUT unable to assist with Assurant. Assurant had my original phone and my replacement phones. Thanks to their service and no trade In had to pay full price for phone at Verizon. They did give me a discount. Whole experience with Assurant draining at 64 years old. Experience started in April, in two days October, and still no replacement phone. Customer service doesn't have a clue they can't authenticate my account with Metro PCS if I'm now with Verizon because of ASSURANT. I previously used Assurant with Sprint a few times. Still have number in my phone. Don't know how they've downgraded so low. Worst experience in my life. I consider not replacing my phone THEFT. Paid insurance monthly and these thieves causing hardship to senior citizens by canceling shipment without any notice. I want my replacement phone. I'm reporting to government next since they are not members of BBB. This theft is ridiculous. They should not be operating in the United States.

Sent some iPhones back to this place several weeks ago and this place claims they never got them! I wish they would do their jobs!I’m now in the process of filing police reports for phones!

I returned my broken phone back to the Assurant on time only for it only to be stuck in a distribution center passing the deadline time it could have reached the company. I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. This has been a very time consuming and frustrating experience trying to get this issue resolved with no results. Win for them! Loss for customer! This is not how having insurance should work!

Worst insurance company. Filed a claim, they do not call back. It has been over a month since I have heard from them. Left messages and emails. There is no option to talk to a live person. Do not get insurance here!

Send in my broken phone and was stuck in transit on way to delivery. It was probably delivered and not marked as delivered and they kept it anyway. Was hung up on 5 times asking for the address again so I could put in a claim with USPS. They hardly speak English and do not care to help you, they will hang up or they will send you back to the main line or send you to the metro PC S line, which is totally unrelated. Period this is the worst company i've ever had to deal with.

Delivery can not use restroom or bathroom driver can not stay there track driver must be inside company. But the good news is there are unloading fast. No appointments.

This is pretty much the biggest phone insurance/repair scam in the USA. Every phone that I have had replaced by them has had nothing but problems. The last one was a note 8 that I had a screen crack and was replace by a "refurbished" one. 3 months later, the screen went black. I sent it to Samsung for $500 worth of repairs and it has been working 100% ever since. But Assurant don't care about their poorly barely fixed phones.They just need the phones to work just long enough for you to have to pay that deductible again when the phone starts to acts funny again in a few months. The camera module on his Assurant repaired Note 9 died 2 months after. So if you ever have a phone replace by them, if it's not new, get ready to experience problems.
