This man is a scam and a racist charged me to fix a piece on my watch and I didn't even change it! He told me that if I was Venezuelan because we were adapted to doing that in our countries!! I'm not even from Venezuela, he's just a rasist and a rude person who accused me of not paying him when he had already charged me to change a piece that he never changed.FRAUD OF A BUSINESS!!Took my watch to get fixed a week ago came to pick it up today as he is handing the watch to me he says "this watch needs so and so fix" I look at him and tell him thats what I paid you to fix.. .. he switches the topic to say I hadn't paid him even tho I paid him the day I dropped off the watch. Then you summarize to say if im Venezuelan because people like me are used to doing stuff like that. First of all that racist never coming back. He is trying to make easy money for doing nothing. I have charged 100$ to put a brand new part on!! Which I highly doubt he changed since when I got to the car I shook my watch a bit and it stopped working again took it back inside he tightened something and it was back working!!!Sir, if I pay you a check for your cameras, you better write things down so you don't forget when clients pay cash!! He is a liar and a scammer. If you check his cameras, he will be happy to give you the exact time to see if you realize how crazy he is!! And you are going to deny that you told me that if I was Venezuelan why in my country is that how we do things? Is he such a liar? I have been going to you for years and you were very rude and disgusting to me without even knowing where I am from, stay with your scam business and I am not the only one who thinks so since there are several people who have the same opinion as me below in the reviews better improve your methods and make a note so that people don't have a bad time in your store and come back

This place is great! Had my watch band resized and battery replacement of 3 watches. Reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

The first time I met with Mr Art was quite a few years ago. I'm just as blue collar as they come. Even though he's only seen me filthy after work he's never treated me inferior like many of the other places have. He's never acted like I was anything less than his best customer. We always agreed on fair price we both feel good about. Never treated me with suspicion while I browse his merchandise like almost any other place I've been. My last visit I brought what I was thinking was a nice but rather cheap product needing repair. He repaired It at low cost even though o had a personal situation he worked with me happily and I learned it was a much better piece than I thought. Rather than cheating me due to my lack of knowledge he informed me of what I really had which is worth more than money to me. I'd trust this man on a word and a handshake. Thank you again sir. I refuse to go anywhere else. He will have any and all my business. I currently drive over an hour for his service, but will do more if I have to. You really made a very special night for my family when I revealed your work. A night forever cherished. God bless you sir.

Kept some of my jewelry instead of giving it back. When I told him make sure I get it back. Asked Art where it was and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I went back 9 times to give him time to return what was mine. He tried to replace it with inferior product. Man had gotten belligerent. He would not return any of my phone calls. So I had someone go with me the last time. Acted so nice him. This guy is a great actor. Do not take your repairs here. I had taken pictures on his counter to document what I turned in, but had lost my main phone with the close up. So at least I had a picture dated on google photos. This place is great! Had my watch band resized last week. Reasonable price. Came back a week later to have it resized once more. No charge! Took five minutes. Plus you get to listen to classic crooners while you wait!

not helpful at all, was ready to spend whatever amount on a new rolex band and he brushed us off and didn't offer a thing. offered me 500 on the old band that dallas gold next door offered 750. worst part is, he acted like he was doing me a great favor with 500.. PLEASE PUT THIS GUY OUT OF BUISNESS

Excellent customer service at a reasonable price! They replaced a broken earring post. It looks great and it's stronger than the original. It's like new...I can't tell that it was damaged! They also replaced my watch battery. Both repairs were done within 24 hours! Fast, friendly and professional! I'll definitely go back...highly recommended!
