OK, so this Armstrong McCall has got it going on! No offense to other locations but I’ve been doing here 15+ years and recently moved to the Denton area so this is been my go to for hair supplies and the store is always clean and stocked and everyone is super sweet and helpful

My straight iron stopped working and left me in a bind. My hairdresser was able to find me one here and they graciously held it for me. Thanks to Jennifer for her kindness in helping resolve my issue.

Showed up at 5:25 to grab developer. The young lady told me my license expired. Walked me to the door and locked it behind me. I grabbed my phone to show her my license certification from my car. Then tells me she has to go to school and she can’t help me. Didn’t realize an extra 60 seconds was that big of a deal. But glad to know that she thinks her time is more important than mine. Definitely won’t be back to this one.
