We reserved two jetskis for three hours. Our reservation was at 11am. They didn't show up until 12pm. The jet skis were older and worn out. One of our jetskis only went 20mph at top speed. If given the choice, I would choose anywhere else to rent from in the future. Not worth the price.

Went to the lake for Father’s Day weekend, which was also a three day weekend. The lake was packed! Decided last minute that we wanted to try and rent Jet Skis. I called several places. Mike was the ONLY one who returned my missed call. This was our first Jet Ski experience. We rented two Jet Skis for one hour, for $180. Can’t complain with that price. Had no problems with the Jet Skis during our hour ride and Mike was very sweet through the whole process. If we are ever back at Lake Lewisville, I won’t hesitate to give Mike a call.

The dock we departed from was not crowded or busy and parking was free so that was convenient.. the boat was huge very spacious overall it was a great time with friends no complaints..great staff… they were friendly and on time which was appreciated .. will be booking again soon

Awful customer service and no professionalism. They contradict themselves too much and don’t even call you back when wanting to inquire about a booking. After reading all these negative reviews I am NOT going to book with them or refer them to anyone. Thank you all for sharing your real and truthful reviews. I saved myself time, gas, money and effort. Woo what a relief.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. My wife and I rented a jetski that worked for about 20 minutes and then only got beyond idle speed. We spend the next hour and a bit just trying to make our way back to the dock where we were told the company would allow us to rebook another 2 hour experience free of charge. We have made several calls and emails and the only call that I received in return was when I was asked to remove my first google review and they would send me confirmation of the rebooking. I removed it and not surprisingly I have received nothing since. I had to contact the BBB to pursue a refund and find the lack of professional behavior from this company unacceptable. Avoid this company and save yourself the headache. Not worth it at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you want to go jet skiing DO NOT USE them. They had my friends and I waiting for over 1.5 hours before we decided to just leave. They did not communicate with us about it there. We made these reservations weeks in advance too.

The only thing this company is good at is BEING LATE. Read the one star reviews and you will see that many other people had the same experience as me, waiting hours for these people to show up. They over book and then claim they don’t have enough staff to be on time. SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY OF BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY
