It was pretty hard to find. I thought my gps took me to the wrong location because it looked like a warehouse. But the people were friendly and helpful. I purchased an item online and it was ready for me when I got there to pick it up.

Went this this location 2x in 1year first time was for windshield wipers. They had internet outage and couldn’t purchase anything even if you had cash. The second time I went here to give them another chance was to do an oil change on my car it’s ADVANCED AUTO surely they are “advanced” enough to have a oil drop off one employee told me “when your done you can bring the used oil back too” upon returning with the recycled oil a unfriendly unhelpful employee told me they don’t have an oil tank to receive used oil. Needless to say I was easily and much more conveniently greeted by the vastly superior AUTO ZONE who took the oil from me without any issue. I will never be going to an “advance” auto again.

This was my first time visiting this business, and it was a delightful experience. I found them on a Google search because I wanted a Die-Hard battery and they carry them! It's never fun when you need a new battery, but the cheerfulness of the employees really made a difference. I called ahead to verify that I was ordering the correct battery and then pre-ordered it online. When I arrived, the process was quick and easy. Even though their technician was working on a different project, given the battery was a quick install, he made time for me right away. I then returned inside to get the credit due for turning in my old battery. By that time, they were very busy, but again, I felt like I was handled very quickly. The gentleman processing my credit was new, so the manager(?) came over to walk him through the process. I was very impressed with her patience and training style.Every single employee was happy, smiling, accommodating, and friendly! I think that is always a sign of good management. Cudos Advance Auto Parts. I will be back!

This place is closed during bus hours. It's 8:30 PM & the sign shows 9 pm closing time.

Terrible customer service and wait time. Got an email that the part I ordered was ready and when I went to pick it up I Waited on the part for over 30 minutes before walking out. Never stepping foot in that mess of a building ever again.
