Had a sweet little duffel bag personalized for my granddaughter & it turned out just perfect! I appreciated the time spent with me deciding which font & color I wanted & their selection was great… it was a quick turn around & extremely fair price. Very friendly staff/ownership. Highly recommend

ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!If I could leave NEGATIVE STARS, I would. My family has been forced to use Active Outlet for team jerseys for years. To date, we have had ZERO jerseys arrive on time. We start every season without uniforms. The organization is unhelpful, makes frequent mistakes and has terrible customer service.

Horrible experience with them making custom embroidery shirts. First they charge a non refundable cost for the embroidery, then they can't meet the delivery time of more than a month and half to make 3 shirts, then they start charging additional fees that were never mentioned when I come to pick up the shirts.I thought I would skip them but decided to give them one more try but they continue the same ridiculous practice of finding additional fees to charge me that never existed previously. "Color changing fee"... minimum order fee...Stay far far away from these people

I recently visited Active Outlet and was blown away by the selection of cricket equipment and soccer jerseys available. As a fan of both sports, I was thrilled to find everything I needed in one place.The cricket equipment section was well-stocked with everything from bats and balls to pads and helmets. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, offering me advice on which equipment would be best for my skill level and playing style. I play with a bunch of friends up in Seattle where there is VERY limited availability of cricket gear so this was a lovely surprise.What really stood out to me was the incredible selection of soccer jerseys available. From current team kits to retro jerseys from years gone by, the store had it all. I was particularly impressed by the range of retro jerseys on offer, which included classic designs from some of the world's most iconic teams.Furthermore, the quality of the jerseys was excellent, with each one made from high-quality materials and featuring authentic team branding.Overall, I was extremely impressed with this place. The selection of cricket equipment and soccer jerseys was outstanding, and the two boys that helped out were knowledgeable and friendly. Cheers.

Amazing cricket bats and equipments, they even repair, and knock cricket bats. I have tried everyone in Dallas and surrounding areas for my bats knocking but I wasn’t satisfied with anyone until I found out about them. I got three of my bats knocked by them and I am so satisfied with the resultsBest and top notch HS cricket equipment
