My family and I have been a AAA members for 24 years. One of the best parts of AAA is that when I need a new car battery, I call them and they're there in 45 minutes. If I need a new windshield, same thing. If I want to fly to Mexico or Bali, they got my back with great discounts and they recommend only the greatest places to go to. This has to be my favorite location. I love this location because Lauren is BEST travel agent that I've ever had with AAA. She's bubbly, engaging and really listens to my needs. I get excited everytime I get to book a trip with her so I wanted to shout her out on here! Also, when you walk in, everyone treats you like family. You are welcomed, recognized, and greeted by all available staff. Overall, you can't go wrong with AAA. They provide so many services but by far they have the best travel/vacation packages. Thank you AAA!

I have been a triple member for 17 years. The staff is friendly, but they need to work towards cross utilization. Can't believe only one person does car registration while 3 other employees are doing nothing. The one person was doing multiple types of transactions, and I think that should be applied to other staff members.

I called to get some travel advice to Italy. The person I spoke to said she would get back to me in a few days. I never heard back. I then called and left a message only to be ignored again. I guess being a long time member doesn't mean much at least at this location. I'd steer clear of this location for travel advice.

This review is for AAA:It has been FOUR weeks since yourclient crashed into my brother's car. The car was totalled, and my brother and mom suffered concussions due to the severity of the incident. There has been NO effort from the liable partied to get this resolved. The car is not drivable, has been towed to a lot, and no rental car has been provided even though my brother was found not liable. My brother has contacted the insurance MANY times with no answers from the insurance. It has gotten to the point where a lawyer had to get involved. This is unprofessional and needs to be resolved immediately!!

The absolute worst insurance company. They charged me 50.00 extra a month because I didn't want auto pay. They insist you have to have your auto insurance with them if you have home insurance with them. The people who work on the phones are rude! No customer service!!!I am getting quotes from other companies and can't wait to have AAA gone!

My agent is Joseph Pataskie and I’ve been trying to contact him and the facility since June 2021. Since he signed me up I’ve had nothing but issues and had to cal other AAA facilities to assist me. I have zero clue if he even works at AAA anymore, however, not even the branch district has bothered to call me back. I need assistance immediately! This is ridiculous and if I could give -1,000 stars I most definitely would.

Did you know you can get your car renewal tag for your winshield at AAA? And they never run out of tags like Tom Thumb or Krogers and i wasnt bombarded to get a membership either. They were so nice. Will definitely go back next year too.

I was with AAA, for 2 years had no issues! Bought a new vehicle on 2-12-21. Called to Change my policy on 2-13-21. Spoke with an agent an started to write the new policy. She told me my payment was going to be under a 100$ a month fast forward 4 weeks later. Never got anything from the underwriter, never got my Edocuments to sign, and when my insurance card came in the paperwork said my payment was $179.34. After multiple calls and emails to the agent, agents supervisor, supervisors supervisor! Voicemails left an everything. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! So I shopped around an called a few other places! Ended up switching an found double the coverage for 80$ less a month! So do yourselves a favor an don't waist your time!

They send you an email you right away after you input your info online to get a quote.Then they are impossible to reach and when you finally request another quote the person who contacted you quotes a MUCH higher quote?
