I have been a triple member for 17 years. The staff is friendly, but they need to work towards cross utilization. Can't believe only one person does car registration while 3 other employees are doing nothing. The one person was doing multiple types of transactions, and I think that should be applied to other staff members.

His name is Ryan, I think. Handsome man. Intelligent and interested in doing his job well. He works at or for the Lewisville, Texas AAA. He deserves to be acknowledged for his superior service, and kind, helpful demeanor.
