I was sold spoiled coconut Water, I wanted to get something else because I didn't want to get the same drink that upset my Co workers and my stomach After finally convincing her to treat me right, she refused to refund or let me get something else, I got the same 2 drinks and they were also bad. Every time I go to 711 I have bad customer service I'm never going back to any 711 ever again my stomach hurts so bad from what they sold me, I purchased the same coconut water earlier today from the same store but it was the small one and there was nothing worng with it.

Tried to buy a lotto ticket laxy employee tried to tell me it was to late after corrected him on when the cut off is he switch to we only take cash for lotto.

Absolutely disgusting and the cashier wouldn’t service the bathroom and gave attitude when I mentioned it.
Urine and fecal matter caked in and on toilet, the floor is gooey there is so much urine build up. There’s no way this happened on just ONE shift. It’s not serviced at all. The smell is HORRENDOUS.
Yall give 7 Eleven a bad name, and you have atrocious customer service and couldn’t care less. Y’all should be shut down, for real. This is a sanitary health hazard!

I only gave this a one star because I had to give it a star this place was disgusting. There was a mound of used toilet paper in the bathroom. The employee told me the bathroom was working and then proceeds to walk in on me absolute disgrace.

The lady who was attending ( she said is the owner) was extremely rude with a customer, who did not speak English and tried him like a trash, she was very rude to the Hispanic man , I had to tell her please don’t be rude to him , I told her I will give a complaint to the corporate., and very sarcastic told me that she is the owner , totally unacceptable I do not go back to this store

They don't accept cards on lotto. They don't have anything I'm looking for. Unlike any other 711. This place is dirty and the customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS! Do yourself a favor and go a half mile down the street in either direction to those 711s.

Coffee is FOUL in the morning hours???? If no one can replace old coffee with fresh coffee, perhaps you should not sell it.

Employee refused to give me refund on expired piece of pizza. He then called the owner Tammy, and lied about when I bought it. He was disrespectful, dishonest, and unqualified to work there. I spent 30 minutes arguing with him and Tammy until I was finally issued a refund. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I can’t believe the owner waisted both of our time trying to get out of refunding $2.08, unreal. I made a complaint to corporate, and hope they will force her penny pinching policies to change. I will never give my money to any 7-11 again because of this experience.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGER AND OWNER VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECT. I THINK THE OWNERS OF STORE IS RACIS. WAS IN THERE AND ASK A QUESTION AND THE OWNER OR MANAGER WAS YELLING AND CUSSING AT ME FOR ASKING ABOUT A PRODUCT.
