Dirty store, rude employees. I don’t review places very often but this was so blatant that I can’t just not post about this.

I don't know who is hiring these people at this location but they need to fire them and start over, with the exception of maybe three employees. I have never seen such awful and rude customer service in my life. ESPECIALLY the males. One of the male employees who work the morning shift, told me that I was unable to claim points at the register and that I had to have the app. I knew this was untrue because I have claimed points at the register for many years. All you have to do enter a phone number and zip code! He was not having it. Another male employee, who this time was working the evening shift, got upset that I got a second cup of coffee after the first one was ruined. The most recent trip, another male employee, who appeared to be new and in training, on the morning shift with the first guy, yelled at me to reveal my face to him because my coat collar was covering my mouth. This whole interaction didn't require any communication what-so-ever. All he had to do was scan the items. The customer service is nonexistent, although its the bare minimum.

I am trying to contact this store because I think I have lost my bank card and they do not have a number that works, they have it disconnected is what it says, and I am 2 hours from this place

This store is run by the dumbest people imaginable. For the third time now, I have walked to this store only to find the doors locked and your attendant putting hot dogs on the cooker! It's 40 degrees out here and this idiot sees me, but refuses to let me in. ITS S A 24 HOUR STORE! W T F! I will never walk over to this location again, and you should fire the overnight 'attendant' before you lose all of your customers who rely on the 24 hour service that doesn't really exist here.

RUDE CASHIER!!!The customer service is awful. The cashier gave me an attitude because I used a cup to try a sample size of the slurpee and when it was too sweet, I got a Big Gulp instead. He charged me for the cup and said it wasn’t free. Keep in mind I purchased gas and another drink and he still gave me an attitude. I was disgusted how aggressive and rude he was! I will never come back here.

most shifts are cool and run the store smoothly. except the night shift around 9 and 10 pm. food is never freashly made. i went in today for a slice of pizza at around 8 pm it was not freash and looked old so i left without. i returned about an hour later for somthing else but i did check the food and low and behold the food from earlier was still there looking even worse. so watch out for food thats being kept out way too long

Card readers on pumps need to be checked for card skimmers, had a card I only use for gas get charged hundreds of dollars today after filling up a few days ago.

No restroom at night, no good rating. If keeping a restroom clean is beneath you, so is working at a convenience store.

Was just there. The employee messed up my prepaid gas payment and put it on the wrong pump. Proceeded to tell me it was my fault. Told me that it would get refunded if I didn't pump it, but simultaneously said it was pumped.He then decided his best bet was to lie and get into a yelling match with me over who was at fault from me telling him 3 times which pump I was on to make sure he heard me and he still messed it up. He didn't give me a receipt and after walking right back in he acted like he didn't remember that I had literally walked out less than a minute ago and that he had only had 2 customers since me. He almost made 7eleven rob me of 15 bucks. Had I not been as persistent that's exactly what would have happened and I would be much more unhappy. Horrible customer service, and he lied to me when I asked for his name and said his name was John. Wow.

Just ok. At least they honor 7-11's promotions like the 2 bananas for a dollar. The cashiers are usually friendly. It's not a good layout though, just not a good flow. Most places have a space in front of the entrance to walk in, but here there is an aisle in the entrance. The drinks and food station are directly in front of the cashiers leaving no place for people to stand in line, or walk by to get all the things located around there, which is terribly uncomfortable.
