Went to pick up DoorDash order. Man inside had it ready in a bag and everything hustled over to get it and made sure to leave my ice cream in the freezer or keep cold. Absolutely great service

Fire the people working today November 30. Refuse To sell me tobacco products because I have a passport. I'm 25 years old. My friend that was with me he has a id. He's also 25 and he just refused because he didn't like me. I don't know how a business in any way shape Or form can just randomly refuse people's business for no reason. I want this guy fired. He was so rude and angry for sum reason. He's lucky I turned over a new leaf.

The staff who work at this 7-Eleven store are the best! The lady with the awesome tattoos, the blonde lady, and the guy with the long ponytail are so kind, helpful, and friendly. The staff at this location are, far and away, the best convenience store employees I've encountered in my travels! I work in Lewisville three days a week, and I don't shop anywhere except this particular store.

I come here every other Saturday for the same thing, and the SM, Ana, is always so welcoming and great! After just a few visits she started to remember what I get and who I was, which leaves a customer feeling good on the inside. The snacks and Ana are the main reason I frequent this location, because it’s not even close to where I reside. Love this store and again, you’re awesome Ana!!!

Went in to get a free slurpee today and the workers were very rude. There was a problem with the machine processing the phone number and the 2 workers were very short tempered and rude about it while trying to blame the problem on us. It was very embarrassing to see the “sassy” behavior that they both were giving.

I have mixed reviews over this place. During the day and week nights this place is wonderful. I have gone on the weekend at night and it is like night and day. The lady that works nights (Alice) is the rudest person in that store. She gives attitude and will stand outside smoking a cigarette while she has a line then walks in and walks so slow pretending to look at items as she walks to the registure. She rolls her eyes and acts as though you are disturbing her. I asked her where an item was and she told me look for it, when I asked her if she could make me a pizza she told me no that they don't cook foods at night. I went to complain the the manager the next day and he was so sweet and helped me with the gas pump so I let it go. I came that night and an other young lady was at the store and she was absolutely wonderful. So I gave the store another chance and came to the store after work Friday night and again the rudest clerk I have ever ran into. Her customer service is so poor I am surprised to see how different it is and shocked to see that there are not any other reviews on this young lady. I am sure this company has lost a lot of money with how she leaves people in the store as she smokes away. What left me even more speechless is how she was telling the customer in front of me her personal issues. This store would be 5 stars if something was changed.
