Lady would not accept my cash and told me to go somewhere else. I understand I only had a 100 dollar bill but she did not even attempt to check if she had change and other 7/11's have had no problem breaking a 100 in the past. Avoid this place just because it's extra work to get change from their system she refused service! I will no longer use this 7/11

I'm surprised that this place only has 2 stars! There is a gentleman who works here who has blonde hair up in a ponytail who has some of the best customer service I have ever seen!! Don't know or won't mention his name though. However, I am always greeted with a smile and "how are you doing today?" That's what customer service is about. Everytime I pump my gas here or buy big gulps on my walks for just a dollar I sense a good and friendly atmosphere!! Please, whoever this blonde haired young man is, PROMOTE HIM TO BE A MANAGER. it's rare to see this kind of service nowadays. :)

They won't fix the cold brew machine. It's been down for over a year. The lady wants to try and tell me that it's only been broken a few days, not true. I'm there almost every morning, and it's never been touched. I don't mind going to a different 711 that does have theirs fixed.Not sure the lady but she tried to double charge my husband on his 3 monsters and was giving such an attitude towards him, he just walked out and we went some where else. We were out like $15.They only have 2 pumps working and never can say when the others will be fixed.

Really 7/11? Can we not find better. Staff ? “Rebecca” has to by far be the worst customer service rep. I have ever come across in a while , we have to do better.

They will overcharge you on everything and then tell you that they wont change the price even though they are engaging in false advertisement. Also their staff is beyond rude. Never again.

Staff doesn't seem to pay attention to customers waiting in line. Obviously need someone teach proper I.D. etiquette. Seen 2 (I assume regulars) younger gentlemen buy beer who could have been 20 years old and not get their I.D. but when I approached I need ID for my tobacco? I obviously look older than the gentleman who were buying alcohol... I go to all 7\11 gas stations in Lewisville. This one need a lot of work.

Funny I was gonna put a review if how sloppy and lazy these employees are here and how dirty the store is and I looked at some other reviews and saw all 1 stars ... Wow ...hey owner you should listen to the customers your losing money ... It's not just one mad customer it's all customers saying the same thing...needs a lot of work down here but the 7 11 up the street at cross timbers is everything your corner store should be and more.. take lessons
