It’d be nice if the place that’s 24 hours was actually 24 hours. I’m tired of getting here and the employees have the door locked so they don’t have to work, just hide and clean.

I went to that store to put gas and also to buy that special that they had but the manager of the store told me that this promotion was not special that it was only the pizza taquitos I told him no because I live in Fort Worth and I can always grab any type of taquitos But he said not to show him my phone app as well and he didn't want to give it to me I don't know why they don't respect the specials they have in their stores they should fine or do something about it

Please be aware that there is a potential food safety issue with online orders placed at this location. We recently ordered a salted caramel 6-pack and received white chocolate macadamia cookies instead, which contain nuts and pose an allergen risk. While the delivery vendor has compensated us for both a missing item (éclair) and the food allergen, we believe it is important to bring this incident to your attention to ensure the safety of future customers.

Worst place . Do not recoment ever. I walked in and asked for a case of water and they were rude. Paid for it and walked to restroom and use it. Then he was rude yelling at me for using it . Because he posted a 9”x11” paper written on sharpie saying out of service. But restroom was working properly. They are just lazy and don’t want to do maintenance on the restroom .

BEWAREThis location has issues with stealing your 7-11 points!The worker by the name of SRI was extremely rude and pushy, he refused to let me give a donation to the childrens fund and cleared the screen without even asking me. Which is appalling and just cruel.I had to call both customer service and corporate to file an official complaint.My advice is steer clear of this location there are several very bad reviewsThey are known by us locals who live in the neighborhood near by to have extremely poor servicesThe coffe machine is never working and always being "cleaned" from 4-6am, Normal hours for people wanting coffee before they start the work day.The only positive is the Caucasian female who is always extremely kind and professional without her, this store is straight garbage ?️

The young man working the front counter at 9:05pm on 06/24/2022 Always just acts as if customers are bothering him. Especially of color. Even when your checking out & you say "Thank You" he WILL NOT EVEN SAY "your welcome" Don't know what his problem is. Hope everything gets better for him. VERY RACIST

It's sad I have to even give them a star. I called for a simple request and got hung up on & yelled at on Friday July 9th @ 11:40pm. Then canceled my order on me 10 mins later. Management should have a series talk with whoever picked up the phone.

Don't go here to get money orders these Moran's can't even read numbers lol I showed him 710 and he says that's 720 ,I damn near fell in the floor laughing said he couldn't give me this money order cause it's a 2 not a 1 .I guess that what u get when u hire terrorist trash that can't read to work for ure company.

I bought a organic cold pressed juice from there Tuesday February 12 around 630pm. When I walked out of the store and opened my juice I noticed the top didn't pop. So I went back inside and ask to exchange the the juice for another of the same type. The clerk told me NO how is he going to sell a opened juice and started to argue with me about him losing money. I told him I just want to exchange the juice or give my money back. Plus he didn't give me a receipt for that transaction. So after the manager stopped yelling at me he said I could exchange this one time only. I told him ok I don't live here. Then I noticed the clerk gave me the $2.01 back from a $5 bill. The drink was $2.29. So I asked him about my change. He said tax. I said what state has 70cent tax on $2? The manager started looking at the past transactions and noticed I was right. So there was more confusion why his clerk can't count. So I told him to keep the change. And be nice to customers because they have a problem with that. This type of treatment is unacceptable. I don't know why the clerk and manager came at in such a rude manner. Maybe because I was black and where a motorcycle vest. Who knows but I want action!
