They have been pretty good. My only concern is their lack of responsiveness to customer inquiries and complaints, as detailed by some of these other reviews. They need to be accountable to their customers.

I don't see why when Um expecting a package, that I will get and email or text that it was delivered and it's not there! Usually I get it the next day! That's not right!

I have to ship out many packages for my small business, and they are always so nice, quick and efficient. Thank you to everyone who works here.
