Overcharged on prescription as they did not bother to run thru insurance which was on file. Then said they could not refund or credit overpayment. They even admitted was their error but still would not refund. Suggest no one do business at Levelland pharmacy location!

I am seriously disappointed with this pharmacy location. Apparently my insurance company denied my Rx claims for the past 5+ months, and United decided to charge me full price instead of telling me this. When I discovered this and made a complaint, the manager said they would refund the difference, but never did. Plus, when I tried to have my prescription moved to a different pharmacy, United refused to cooperate with the transfer request. There is some serious disorganization going on at this location.

Ridiculous for yall to be closed 2 days in a row at the peak of sick season! I now have a 5 year old with a double ear infection and strep with no way to get her medicine. That is a direct effect from you! I will never use your pharmacy again! On top of that you are a bunch of liars and don’t care anything about the people you serve. Close your pharmacy!

This pharmacy used to be very good BUT NOT ANYMORE! Prescriptions that are sent in directly by the doctor's office in the morning will NOT be filled same day anymore and I had to make it a big issue to even get all of the prescriptions that were called in by the end of the next day, literally they were turning out the lights and trying to close while I was telling them that the one prescription that they hadn't filled yet of 3 was the most important one. Then it took 3 people to come over to see if my insurance was being billed when I complained because the cost was so high. No compassion or courtesy anymore. Also the day the prescription was called in and I went by to check to see if it was ready, the guy that helped me could care less if I needed it or not and the whole time I was in line (forever because he moved soooo slow) and while he was helping me, he very obnoxiously in slow motion chewing gum, smacking with his mouth wide open every time he chewed, very unprofessional and annoying, especially when you could tell he could care less about the customers at all, that day he was very rude to the customer who was in front of me as well. I do believe if this is not addressed and fixed soon to how the pharmacy used to be managed and operated, I will most definitely find a different pharmacy to use.

This store is mostly clean beside all the cat p*** in the bushes you can smell and then the entrance around that area is always so dirty and smells dirty. This place has went down since that one manager took over Ruben. He is so rude also. But the outside surprised me today at how filthy it was.

I live near dallas but I was in Levelland for my grandfathers funeral this past weekend. My sister, her husband, their baby & I went to the starbucks inside. My brother in law ordered a coffee and ended up spilling it all over the floor and himself. Four or Five employees from the grocery department came over immediately and helped clean it up. The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great.

I've picked up food from the deli several times for lunch. Food is always good and fresh. The staff is friendly and they're always willing to serve. This United has a deli, bakery, and pharmacy. This supermarket is very neat & organized. They also have a Starbucks! So this store has pretty much everything.

Never in my life have i been treated more unprofessional in my life!! The drs aproved all my prescriptions but somehow this wanna be pharmacist thinks he has the final say so. Good luck with these idiots!!
