We made a complaint to Micheal about the situation and he handled the promblem so amazing !! And made me feel comfortable and welcomed after everything that had happened in the beginning. He went above and beyond as a manager and as a person in general, I will be returning just because of his kindness. Like many people, my attendance has not always been perfectly consistent due to a busy schedule and life events, but coming back has felt so good, both physically and mentally. The instructors here are incredible. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and intentional about creating a welcoming environment for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
What really sets this studio apart for me is the level of care and connection they show. From the very beginning, they checked in regularly to see how I was doing, how classes were feeling, and to offer support. When I stepped away for a bit, they did not disappear. They reached out to genuinely check on me and see how I was doing, which meant more than they probably realize.
I understand this is a business, but that kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. It makes you feel seen, remembered, and valued, not just like another membership number. That sense of community and warmth is rare, and it is exactly why I keep coming back.

“Absolutely love this place. Its definitely a go-to for anything I need. Love that they are size inclusive on a lot of their clothing. The people who work there are so polite and will help you with anything you need.
I visited this place yesterday (9/20/2025), and while there was a very rude and disrespectful customer, along her 2 friends, who seemed to need the attention of the whole store on them, the employees that were working at the time handled this group of ill-mannered women amazingly. The employees should be recognized for their efforts, even if its just my review that recognized them.
I really cannot recommend this place enough. And I hope to be back soon.”

I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for my wife for quite some time now, and I have to say the experience has been consistently excellent, thanks largely to one exceptional employee: Janie. Every time I visit the store, Janie goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect clothing for my wife.
What sets Janie apart is her genuine willingness to help and her excellent customer service skills. Shopping for women's clothing as a husband can be intimidating, but Janie makes the process comfortable and stress-free. She takes the time to understand what I'm looking for, asks thoughtful questions about style preferences and sizing, and guides me to options that would work well.
Janie's knowledge of the store's inventory is impressive she knows exactly where to find different styles and sizes, and she's always ready with helpful suggestions. Her friendly, professional demeanor makes every shopping trip a positive experience. It's rare to find an employee who consistently provides this level of personalized attention and care.
The store itself maintains good organization and a welcoming atmosphere, but it's really Janie's exceptional service that keeps me coming back. Lane Bryant is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee who clearly takes pride in helping customers.
