“This shop came highly recommended when I was in a bit of a bind with my rim being cracked. They took my car in the same day I called and repaired the crack. I had a small leak coming thru the same rim a few weeks later and without hesitation they took it right back in to examine it and repair it further so it’s back to good again. Solid work and they do honest work. Thank you Jay!”
“We got a flat tire so we came to Hernandez Tire shop which was the nearest open tire shop. It was 7:35pm, 25 minutes before close and Maurice gladly helped us. He showed us the hole in the tire and informed us that patching it would be temporary at best and recommended a new or used tire for replacement. He went out of his way to try to find a matching tire but ultimately went with the patch. I would 10/10 recommend anyone looking to get tire service. Like I said we went right before close and were met with great service and willingness to help. Ask for Maurice during your visit!”

“I get great service here by the staff, they maintain positive attitudes no matter how busy they are. Not to mention, I have always purchased the warranties on my tires and there's no fussing to get them replaced on the warranty later”
“One of the great things about doing business with Discount Tire is that your warranty is good at any location. I know zero about cars, just that it drives or doesn't. Thankfully I have people like Discount Tire that can look after my car even when I am out of town. When I was driving through San Antonio from Dallas I noticed that my car didn't seem to be driving correctly, so I stopped in to this location for some peace of mind that it was safe to drive. It turned out that one of my tires had a serious issue, and they were not only able to quickly resolve the issue, they were courteous, very forthcoming by showing me the issue, and actually had me back on the road an hour faster than anticipated. That is customer service! On a 100 degree day, the cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. Thanks so much for your help and speedy service!”

“I came to this place not knowing what to do! I was crying hysterically cause I couldn’t afford a tired , I didn’t want to get another credit card, a kid by the name of Ryan came to my car listened to my concerns and he told me he would take care of me today. I’d called several places before them and it was about closing time for everyone. So, i understand the rush to close out. They were the only ones who were able to do the job. I truly appreciate them.
The men were gentlemen and respectful. And thank you ALEX. It was his turn to do the service. The price was right-$80 for a new tire. Again, I’d called other places and even a used one was at least $75. I would definitely recommend this place. They reminded me of The Christmas ? season. God bless.”

“Been to several Discount Tire locations... I'd say this is one of the better ones. They got me in earlier than my appointment time, didn't waste anytime fixing my flat and got me out in 15 min! Actually kinda impressed. and the young kid at the front was very professional as was the technician who did the fix.. I think this will be my new Discount Tire store!”
