“Based on the reviews I thought I'd give this place a try. I had two cracks in my rim that was constantly causing air to leak. I dropped my car off here for a day and they fixed both for $165. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going here. So far I can say there hasn't been any issues. Seems like they did a great job! “6/26/24 new review: went in for a flat tire and was told they had to replace tire as it wasn't repairable (thankfully I had the certs so it only cost me a new cert for tire) and it was going to be about 2 hours for wait & completion. The guys were on top of it today because they had me in and out within an hour instead of two. Only issue I had was a slight miscommunication (they almost changed out my full size spare instead) but it was caught in time so no worries. Once again, I had a wonderful and quick experience with discount tire and will continue taking car for any tire issues to them. Thanks again discount tire team for taking care of me and my car in a friemdly and quick manner!

Have been going here for years and have always had wonderful service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I rarely have had to make an appointment and I am usually in and out within an hour or less. Today was no exception, had a nail in my tire and my full size spare was low on air. They repaired tired for free and checked /aired all tires including spare. I was in and out in just under 30 mins. Two years ago when I had to replace a couple tires, again no appointment and was out in just under an hour. They really do strive to get you in and out quickly with whatever needs to be done. Love this location especially and my entire family goes here and I always recommend them to friends and anyone else who needs help with tires.”

It is rare to find this sort of excellent service and the bad start to my day was made immeasurably better by his care, competence, and professionalism. “One of the great things about doing business with Discount Tire is that your warranty is good at any location. I know zero about cars, just that it drives or doesn't. Thankfully I have people like Discount Tire that can look after my car even when I am out of town. When I was driving through San Antonio from Dallas I noticed that my car didn't seem to be driving correctly, so I stopped in to this location for some peace of mind that it was safe to drive. It turned out that one of my tires had a serious issue, and they were not only able to quickly resolve the issue, they were courteous, very forthcoming by showing me the issue, and actually had me back on the road an hour faster than anticipated. That is customer service! On a 100 degree day, the cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. Thanks so much for your help and speedy service!”

“Nice guys! I was recommended years ago when I thought I needed an alignment. The guys at that time said I didn’t need one, and I appreciated that they were honest. It was time to get new tires, and I remembered that experience, so I called them. I worked with Jerry and appreciated his kindness when I knew nothing about tires. It was nice that he started with a lower-priced tire and didn’t try to oversell me something I may not need. I ultimately did request a different type of tire based on brands I know, and he gave me a great price on them. Better than anyone else I spoke to. I wish they offered some type warranty besides the factory, but overall, I was pleased with my experience. I needed to come back the next day to have something checked out and Gil helped me. They took care of the issue right away and all is good. I would recommend them.”

Actually kinda impressed. and the young kid at the front was very professional as was the technician who did the fix.. I think this will be my new Discount Tire store!”
