“My car broke down in 4 o clock traffic on 37, the traffic was terrible my ac went out with my car and I had a 4 week old kitten. We were over heating to say the least. Nick arrived within 45 minutes and was very welcoming to me and the kitten despite not being a cat dude himself. Over all he was very friendly and got me to my destination safely.
