William is the most humble person I ever met. I went in because Ancira tried to get me for almost 1000 on a brand new vehicle I have and he showed me everything in the computer, how I didn't even need those services. He even checked to make sure I didn't need them and sure enough everything was clean and good. He is a very honest and humble person.

I took my car to a place right around the corner from me and their estimate was very high to replace the water pump. I then took it to Torque Masters only to find out that the first shop misdiagnosed the problem.According to William it was not the water pump but the lower radiator hose. William fixed the problem and had me back on the road the following day.He is very clear and descriptive with explaining the work to be done as well as explaining the billing. He also should me the old parts and explained the wear and tear and damage to them and why they needed to be replaced.I have another car project that I am entrusting Will to handle and I am sure it will be done well up to my expectations; if not beyond.William and Torque Masters will give you an honest diagnosis of your vehicle's problems as well as a "layman's terms" explanation, so you'll know exactly what is wrong and what options you have. His labor rate is generally below your average garage rate and he won't gouge you on parts.I highly recommend William to successfully help with any vehicle problem you have.

If there were 10 stars we would give a 10 and above. William has provided excellent service for several of our vehicles we have taken to him. Not only does he provide us with a step by step process of what he is doing to our vehicles but he also educates us on everything he repairs. He has truly been a lifesaver for us and we recommend him to all of our family and friends. So no need to shop around for a real, trustworthy, professional mechanic any more hes the one.

I have taken 2 vehicles to William already, my Dodge Ram, and Chevy Corvette. He did such an amazing job and in such a fast turnaround time. Can't thank him enough for being so patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd recommend him anytime.

William and his Wife are wonderful people and easy to deal with. I have taken several vehicles here for repair and have 0 complaints. I also have several ongoing projects for performance builds and am looking forward to having my Cadillac CTS-V finished up soon! 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing standard or performance work on their vehicles.

Making me sue them for my money back .. they went back on what was agreed never bought any part and if they did they said they sent them back when it was finally time to drop off the car.. I get there they surprise me with more expensive Used parts and not even the parts that were originally discussed. I no longer have 3200 they took to fix my car no parts and it's Christmas time pretty low down people if u ask me trash ..

B.L.U.F. William stands by his Lifetime warranty on transmissions. A week before I took my 2003 GMC Yukon to the shop, I stopped by to see where the shop was and to get to know the mechanics. I wanted to know who I was about to give $4k to for the transmission repair. I know my way around cars somewhat and William seemed knowledgeable with regards to the repair. He let me know that the shop was busy and that it would take awhile for them to diagnose the vehicle and give me an estimate. After a week, I called to see what the situation was. They still hadn't gotten to it because of the other vehicles. By this time, I've already paid a little over $2k (half the estimated cost) and I'm starting to get concerned. Later that week, I had my vehicle back and it was repaired. William walked me through all the mistakes that the previous mechanic had made when repairing the transmission and gave me all the old parts that I requested (to make a statue in tribute to me taking the cheap route the first time). Well, all was well for about 280 miles, then the transmission would disengage after going through second gear. I limped it back to the shop and they put a computer on it and discovered that one of the new AC Delco solenoids was bad. William got me a rental car and went to work on my vehicle. Within a few days, I had my vehicle back repaired. Then, about 550 miles later, driving out to New Braunfels from San Antonio, the transmission went in "Limp Mode" (only second gear). Again, I called saying that I was bringing the truck back to the shop. This time, they told me to wait until Monday because they had a lot of vehicles to get to and no time to get to mine. I asked about a rental car and they said that they had to diagnose it first to see how long it would take them to fix the issue. I was NOT happy, because if I didn't have a vehicle to drive on Monday, I would miss my college classes. I take my truck in a little before 8am and William is already there working on another vehicle. i was somewhat relieved. He hooks up the computer and checks the codes and it shows that another solenoid isn't working properly. After further troubleshooting, he finds that the issue is electrical. That's when I find out that the lifetime warranty/rental car only applies to when the transmission must be dropped (didn't know it before, but it made sense). Later that day, although I had missed class, I had my vehicle back and it was shifting smooth as butter like before. Corrosion on the connection plugs rounding out the solenoid/circuit... "pin 18 and pin 20" I believe he said. More importantly, there was NO out of pocket cost to fix it!So, would I recommend this shop to others? YES! I know that working on older vehicles can be a pain in the butt for mechanics because of other issues that may arise. I can't blame William for the new AC Delco part breaking the first time and being a 20 year old vehicle, I find it difficult blaming him for the corrosion on the transmission connection terminals. Was I upset about not getting a rental car for the day, HELL YES!...but I understood that the issue wasn't major and wouldn't take days to fix.

Professional, quality repair and rebuild work. I had an engine and two transmissions completely rebuilt (both with lifetime warranty) and will be taking any work I can't do myself to Will and his shop. Highly recommended...
