“We found this storage space online, called, signed-up, and moved-in the same day. During move-in, Jessica and her team did exactly what they told us would be done upon our arrival. They welcomed us in person, confirmed our identification and necessary documentation, and gave us a quick helpful tour to our storage unit. Jessica and her team have maintained a clean and professional looking storage facility, with proper security, that exceeded my family's expectation. This was a pleasant experience and my entire family was happy with the service and facility. Two thumbs up!”

“Moving is a miserable experience, but it helps to choose a good storage place. This is a GREAT storage place. The process of closing out the storage was simple and painless, and the attendant was an absolute gem. Our stuff stayed safe and sound the three or so years we kept it stored here and if we ever need a storage place again (though hopefully we don't), we'll definitely be using StorageMart again.”

“Everything was great. Hours of access, number of carts available. Our only issue is the price kept hiking up every 6 months or so. We have a similar unit now about $60 less at another property. I expect the same to happen there but $60 a month difference is a lot. The ease of getting in and out is a bit challenging as well.”

I only needed the unit for a very short period of time (2 months) but within that time I found that Lockaway Storage was the absolute best choice I could have made when I was on the hunt for a storage. I feel that the Bluetooth access into the facility and the storage unit its self was my most favorite feature of all. The great customer service that the office provides is definitely a plus as well, anytime that I had a question they responded efficiently in a timely manner. I would definitely rent from them again in the future if I ever need a storage again.”
