Less than impressive staff..it took 3 people to let me know they charge fir cutting 15 invitations which purchased in the print shop.
Manger wasn't very helpful and was very rude! I wish there was still Office Max

Went to pick up a printing order, which the sales clerks could not find. The two sales clerks behind the printing counter worked fervently to locate my order. I am SO grateful for their commitment to customer satiation and service as reprinting documents would have been a hassle (on my end.)It would have been so easy on their end, however, to just offer a refund and an apology. It was as if that simply was not an option for them…... It is SOO refreshing to experience hard work and loyalty to customers as opposed to the norm nowadays which is laziness and complacency. Thank you Bandera rd. Office Depot!

Terrible customer service, they changed the staff and now they don't want to do anything, before I made my stickers and flyers here for my businesses and they made them excellent, now they don't lift a finger to do anything, they print them pixelated, I take my sheets that I always took it to make my stickers and now that they cannot be used, before you would wait in line because the work was excellent, now there is no wait because people have realized the horrible service.

Just want to give a shout out to Josh, he was gracious enough to design my business cards, when the card department was closed, he was polite, we had some laughs also he was very professional ??❤️

Very poor customer service. The "new" layout of the store is not shopper friendly and the employees made me feel like I was taking their time by asking them to locate an item for me. Very poor customer service.

The customer engagement at the Office Depot off Bandera Road inside Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas was exemplary. I highly recommend anyone shopping there for their printer ink cartridges.

The techs sold me a charger that did not fit laptop after i even called to see if they had one, before that it was a rude manager. This store NEEDS shut down.Corp just wants money and dont care the stores not helpful.

Very disappointing experience today. When I first went in, I wasn't greeted as such. But I had a question about printing services so I went over and greeted staff and asked what I needed to ask. They told me to go to the other counter and "Josh" would be right over. Well, Josh wasn't! It took me 5 minutes of waiting then maybe 5 mins or so of faffing around with self service and getting my printing job maybe half way done (a big job) before Josh finally came out of hiding. In that time no one else offered to help me so I wasn't waiting and to add insult to injury, the other staff there were doing NOTHING! After I got my print job, I looked around a little bit and had seen something I wanted to purchase for my little girl. By this time one bloke was at one counter and another at the "greeting desk" whatever that is. The bloke at the counter was helping an old lady with a chair, by that I mean he's layed out on the floor looking for a price or something. Knowing he is taking rather long with this and hadn't acknowledged me by telling me he be right over, I asked the other guy at the desk... can I pay with you? He told me "No, X will serve you" ... I told him "Well X seems to be busy so don't worry about it"....To sum up my poorly written review... The service sucks, and the staff are rather rude. I will be escalating my complaint!

Whenever I go into the store, I find much help whether it is in copy and print or in technology. Dennis and technology has always been an assistance to me when I’m buying a computer and explaining what I need to do with patience and understanding.

Women in counter where we made copies was very helpful, sincere and cheerful. For it to be Saturday morning she had a very good attitude. She needs a raise $$. Keep up the good work ?????

Horrible service. Went to get business cards made. They told me 24hr turn around, i gave them an extra 3 days, only because I'm a busy person, arrived on the 3rd day and the same person that helped me before said that they haven't even started on them. Never going back
