I don’t like leaving reviews, but when it is deserved, I will leave one. Customers services is a big deal i’ve been with Lockaway Storage for 3 years. Everyone that works there has been so kind and so professional. They don’t bother you. the prices are affordable the location and areas clean. if you need anything to help you in anyway they can.

The service Adain provided was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very patient. He answered all our questions. We went with 2 storages. The storage units were very clean. The entire facility as a whole was immaculate.

We (myself and Richard Holbrook) went into the office today due to questions on the bill and were greeted by Holly. Let me tell you that Holly helped us in so many ways that you can't imagine. She not only solved our bill questions but helped us in numerous other ways. She is a great asset to this company and there should be more employess like her.

This place is the BEST storage place in San Antonio in my opinion. Well maintained, great staff. Angel in the front office is extremely helpful. Anytime I need storage services in San Antonio I'm using this location idc what side of town I'm staying on.
