I am very disappointed with the cleanliness standards of the pool area at this gym. For the membership fees we pay, one would expect higher levels of hygiene and attention to detail in maintaining the facilities. It’s concerning that the pool often has a cloudy appearance, which indicates poor maintenance and inadequate filtration. Additionally, some individuals enter the pool, showers, and sauna without adequate personal hygiene, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment for other members. Certain patrons should not be allowed access to these areas due to noticeable issues with body odor and lack of hygiene. This ongoing issue deserves immediate attention, and I strongly urge the gym to implement stricter policies and guidelines regarding facility access to ensure a sanitary and comfortable environment for all members

Do not come here… There has been car window break ins almost every morning for past new weeks and management chooses to ignore the issue. There were 4 in one hour a few weeks back and still seen cops called out almost every morning for break ins that keep happening. Avoid till security is hired for the parking lot

Terrible location. Toilet seats always broken. Machines always broken. Rude staff. Not allowed to have a bag of any size on the gym floor and has to be locked up. Never any toilet paper or sanitizer wipes. Find a better gym. UPDATE, GYM HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE.

I was a member for years and really appreciated how the gym was usually kept clean and well-maintained. It seemed like there was frequent turnover with the custodial staff, which makes me wonder if they were supported enough. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and think it’s a great gym.

Love it! The ambiance alone sets it apart from all the other gyms. Not overly bright, very modern and clean looking gym. All the equipment is top notch and the turf in the middle adds a very aesthetically pleasant and functional touch.

Don’t allow bags on the floor. No toilet paper and sometimes the gym is closed even on open hours if you get there at 5 am. Not professional.

3 major issues with this gym.
1. Me, my buddy, and several other people have had our locks cut off of our lockers and personal belongings stolen out of the locker rooms while working out. We presented this to management and staff, and the extent of their concern was printing out "crime watch" notices and posting them around. Apparently the cctv cameras are off limits to anyone who isnt a manager, although cross referencing check-in times and footage could easily reduce this down to a pool of individuals.
2. There doesn't seem to be custodial staff present on Sundays. Every Sunday that I've worked out here, the men's locker room be looking crazy. No soap, paper towels spilling out the trash cans, bathrooms blown up etc.
3. I'm convinced that 2 of the fitness studios have been out of commission since the place opened. There's a pilates studio, and another smaller workout space that I've never seen used. Although they seem to be fully furnished with workout equipment, the doors remain locked. It'd be cool if our membership dues paid for utilizing the entirety of the gym.
Aside from all that compalining, it's a nice gym. Lots of ambient light, good amount of free weights, and the grass in the turf area is always cut nice n short ?

Samuel is a new Aqua Fit instructor and he substituted for Romo. Samuel was absolutely amazing. I hope Samuel is given more opportunities to substitute or instruct more classes. Also I appreciate how clean the gym is maintained.

Second time I’ve shown up to a closed gym. I understand things happen such as employees calling in sick but Managment needs to step up and cover the shift. Poor customer service.

Great gym but major issues with staffing. We have shown up numerous times right at open and have had no employees on site while 20-50 people wait to work out. Very close to switching gyms for my family and I

The quality of the trainers is impeccable. I identify Harold the personal trainer at LA Fitness 1604/Blanco. I have had many trainers over the years, but Harold is by far the best! He pushes me the most and doesn't hesitate to add more weight to any exercise. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their health and gaining strength. Thank you. No bags totally a turn off not even a small one??, broken toilet seats, no plates, horrible hours, close early for how much they charge, sanitizer wipes never full, they don't refill the toilet paper and you gotta use the paper towels sometimes, people steal the equipment so they punish everyone with stupid policies .
