“My fiance and I have been wanting to start painting miniatures, and he's wanted to be more involved with Warhammer, so we stopped by this shop. It was such a great experience. Josh is incredible and makes you feel welcome and is honest about the hobby and what you need to get started. We will likely be coming back for the beginner classes (and many more miniatures I'm sure.) Can't wait to get started!”

“Old school Hobby and Gaming store. They always have something to surprise you. They can order pretty much everything if they don't currently have it. They carry Marklin, Lionel, and other brands of trains. Lots of plastic kits plus a vast assortment of custom decals. Good selection of historical, fantasy, and Sci Fi miniatures and games. They do carry some boardgames and boxed wargames. Lots of hobby and gaming magazines. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Good selection of diorama and stand-alone figures/accessories.Small store but packed with little treasures and lots of pleasant surprises. Parking can be a challenge, but there is additional parking across the street. They do need to refurb their bathroom; fair warning... lol”

“Oh my this place is busy! The week before school is starting and Tom's of people and kids in the store. But the staff was on top of it and the lines were reasonable. Even though there were people all around, the cashier never seemed rushed with us.”

“I’ve been trying to learn to o crochet for the past week and the staff have been so helpful and answered my questions in a way I thoroughly understood. Today I went to exchange several rolls of yarn I purchased that ended up being a material very difficult to work with (the yarn I returned was unopened and unused, which is a requirement for returns or exchanges). It’s convenient being ‘in the system’ since it acts as your receipt.
Moses helped me today in so many ways! He was willing to go the extra mile to try to find an elusive hat pattern for me, explained different types of yarn and showed me some easy-to-work-with AND cost effective yarn options as a newbie. He even helped me figure out a stitch by taking me to his project and letting me show him what I meant by my question. If y’all want to learn, Yarnivore offers classes also.”
“Great store with the items and models I wanted and needed. Do suggest to call first if theor is a specific model you seek as they may not have it but probably can order it. The manager was extremely helpful and informative. I plan to continue placing my business with them.”

They recommend things that actually would be good for your telescope instead of just trying to sell you on the most expensive things. They have a lot of stuff for astronomy. “Magnatech Slot Car Raceway is one of the last surviving electric model car (slot) raceways open to the public. There were thousands of 'commercial' slot car tracks in the USA in the late 1960's and 1970's; there were a half dozen racing centers in the greater Atlanta area alone. A lot of things caused the slot racing centers to close one by one- people not being as interested in hobbies and the rise of computer video games being a couple of reasons. Rental racing cars are available so that you and your buddy can pretend you are Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton Jr. to "Shake and Bake" around their awesome 8-lane track. By the same token, children are invited for hours of family fun; Magnatech Slot Car Raceway can even arrange a memorable racing birthday party for children aged six and up. Call them for special package deals for a day of fun for any sized group. Does your company want to encourage team building? How about a team racing event? Drivers, pit crews, team leaders... miniature racing teaches the same working together for success lessons that "pro" racing instills. Call the raceway now to plan and schedule your corporate event. Stop in sometime and check it out for yourself- but keep an open mind that this is something intended to be a pre-digital age entertainment. It may not be the right sort of thing for impatient or short attention span children or adults.”

Larry and Kirk spent a lot of time with me, and we ended up chatting about coins and exchanging a lot of great info. They genuinely helped me learn a lot of stuff. Teaching, explaining, and showing me. With ZERO pressure to buy anything. It's crazy... they never once implied that I needed to buy anything. He just spent his time teaching me.I didn't buy anything but I told him I'd come back with more questions. Larry gave me his cell phone number and told me to call if I ever needed to come by, even if they were closed on Fridays/Saturdays.This is a GREAT shop. It is completely different than every other shop I've experienced. Highly recommend Larry.”
