This place is misleading they call it dollar general but the prices are the same as HEB. There store is filthy and smells like dust and mold like someone has cleaned in a longtime. Going in there I got the sense the workers really didnt care about their job. If you are looking for dollar prices go elsewhere, like dollar tree. The one thing positive I'll say is they have more selections for food and dishware other than that I think they should change their name nothing is a dollar here for the most part

walked in with a man bag no bigger than a purse strapped to my chest, was refused to be let in and ordered to put it behind the counter. Explained I have my hand sanitizer, heart medicine, and other pandemic related material in it, still didn't matter. Was turned away. Never going back to this store ever. No other store in the city says anything about having hanging hand sanitizer on your chest or my pandemic safety bag. Also no proper signage out front to comply with NW-20 county order that says they have to have a "Health and Safety Policy" posted to combat Covid.
