“Best auto collision experience yet. Came across 911 collision repair when my insurance co. recommended them as preferred site. Called them and scheduled an estimate visit. Got there at said appointment time and was helped immediately. The young fella who wrote up the estimation was done with it within 10 min. He said turnaround would be about a week and few days from when they received the truck which I thought was optimistic at most since there is almost always delays with these types of repairs. Opted to schedule a drop off. Once dropped off I got consistent text messages giving me updates of the repair. They found a bit more damage and extended the return a few days. So a week and a few days later I get a text that the truck was ready for pick up. A whole day before it was due. Arrived to pick up the truck and check out was super simple. Payed the deductible and signed a couple of forms for the insurance. Go out to check the truck and it looks like the accident never happened. Excellent restoration and attention to detail. Very happy with 911 and will recommend them in the future.”

The closest repair shop was goose euro so I called and even tho it was a last minute thing, they were able to diagnose the misfire and get me in and out same day! They even had a shuttle service that took me to get some food while I waited. Overall extremely positive experience. The front desk staff was warm and friendly.”

“I was happy with my experience here. I picked this place initially because they work directly with USAA, and they were able to take my car in that day. They are also located right next to an enterprise which was very convenient! The only minor downside was that my car was projected to be finished on a Friday and they did not communicate to me until that Friday evening that the part they needed hadn’t even arrived yet, which was frustrating because I arranged my entire schedule around being able to pick up my car at their notice. However, it was finished just a few days later. Aside from communication, I was still very satisfied and would definitely come back.”

“This is my second time using services provided by 360 collision on Oakland Rd. The first time, services were covered by the third-party insurance so I assumed of course services provided would be stellar because the insurance was paying. The second time was me reaching out because my door handle broke and needed to be fixed, I was so busy at work I couldn't stop by. I called and explained what the situation was as I couldn't find time to drive down there and needed a quote. They were so understanding and asked that I send a photo. That has never been done for me, I had called other shops but they kept insisting on running diagnostics. They were the only one willing to listen and understand exactly what I was talking about and were very patient with me. I sent the photo received a quote from Josh and that treatment alone was what convinced me to also go ahead and get the other part of my car fixed with them. I set an appointment the next morning dropped off my vehicle and they kept sending me updates and called me when it was ready. Also they leave a note in your car thanking you for trusting their business. Everyone there is professional and kind, from the front desk to the dogs..lol. I am not kidding. I am glad I found them, I just felt comfortable. It isn't easy to find a trustworthy car repair business these days. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”
