Worst experience! Went to take passport photos and the photo guy was too arrogant and couldn’t print the photos according to the specifications and was very very rude!!! He told us to get the pictures somewhere else! Never going there again!!!!

Yikes. I’d be embarrassed to be a manager at this Walgreens. After I was “root” to a customer associate who still doesn’t understand what changes I need to make, she stuck me on hold. I’m 22 minutes into trying to resolve my issue. They act like they don’t get paid to be there and the customer should serve them.

If I can I would of put 0 stars!!! Always are short of medication or they mess up the quality of how many medication in the bottle they keep giving me wrong quality and insurance has certain amount to take they should know... service is bad and sometimes rude I'm done i just change different pharmacy. Now i have to wait longer for refill because they mess up again and my daughter medication is important for her health and she's out.. thank you walgreens pharmacy!!!!

Terrible employee training, no one knows what is going on. Poor customer service and long lines.
I asked for a refund and it took almost an hour to get it, manager came in and had no idea how to do the refund.

I’ve had the great displeasure of using the Walgreens pharmacy for the last few years and EVERY single time I need a refill, there’s an issue. I’ve spoken to staff countless times over the phone because of whatever the latest error is, and I’ve had to remind every single one of them that I should only have a certain number of prescriptions on file, and they ALL tell me they’ll remove the ones I no longer use. Recently I decided to change pharmacies (even though it’s significantly farther away) due to their wild level of incompetence. In fact, both medications they transferred are ones that SHOULD’VE been removed several months ago. I had to coordinate with multiple pharmacists and doctors just to correct that simple task. I take anticonvulsants and there’s literally zero urgency, as it seems they simply cannot be bothered.
Ironically, as I’m typing this out, I just got a text from Walgreens stating that my refill couldn’t be approved—BECAUSE I SWITCHED PHARMACIES.
They don’t even understand how properly transfer medications, which is highly problematic due to the nature of certain disabilities people may have that may require lifesaving medication.
Do. Not. Trust. Them. With. Your. Meds.

Be prepared to time block 1.5 hr of your day to sit in the drive thru. 35 minutes in and not a single car has moved since I got here

I worked there as a pharmacy tech and really enjoyed the safe environment. Supervisor was well aware of their jobs and treated their employees with dignity and respect as well as their patients. I gave 4 stars because of the salaries are not based correctly. You could probably make the same money working for fast food restaurants.

This Walgreens pharmacy (and a few others in the Cedar Park/Leander area) does not completely fill prescriptions. They have, on 11 separate occasions, partially filled my prescriptions. 10 times for insulin and 1 time for glucagon kits - in other words very specific medications for the preservation of life. When going back to get the remainder of the prescription, they refused to give me it to me because "the prescription was already completely fulfilled." They seemed to have changed the prescription my doctor sent in to match what they actually gave me. They have also changed the date of two prescriptions that I purposefully ordered before my insurance renewed; so I went from having insurance cover the whole amount because I'd met my deductible and out of pocket max, to owing a few hundred dollars after the first of the year. All this to say, Walgreens pharmacy cheats customers and I highly recommend never going here for prescriptions. Go to CVS or H-E-B.

This won’t make any difference since this location is already 2* on average.
Staff member very politely explained why she couldn’t price match … themselves. Apparently, to get the price they have on their own website, I HAVE to do item as a pickup.
Ridiculous policy and will just move my business to cvs always now

I was given excellent customer service from Krystal! I needed help with my photos and she was fantasti. She helped me while stocking up and working the front cash register. She was sweet and patient with me! Thank you Krystal!

Extremely rude in the pharmacy department when using coupons for a prescription. Acting "put out" and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager and she was the same way as the worker who is initially helping me. Very disappointing.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Twice I have been given a different person's medication and more times than I can count I have been called and told medication was due for pick up and if I didn't pick it up it would be put back. I then get there and they tell me the medication isn't ready at all and that I can wait 20 minutes for it the be done. They only ever call me to pick up when it's almost due to be put back yet it's not even ready when I get there? I have the app. I have the text set up for notifications yet never get either of those. How it medication both ready for pick up but also not at the same time?

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from the pharmacy and pharmacist (Anna) at this location. The pharmacist also hung up on me as well, tacky and poor customer service all around. Steer clear folks, they aren’t worth your time or dime.
