Waited for over 3 hours for an antibiotic. I’m super sick and they could care less. When you ask if there is any way to expedite they are LESS that empathetic. Won’t be using them in the future.

The pharmacy just doesn't care anymore. Good luck getting any service when picking up your prescription. They don't even have the decency to greet you when you're standing there waiting. Use Randall's or even Amazon Pharmacy instead.

Grant in the Pharmacy was extremely rude and acted ignorant. People like this don't need to be customer facing much less have a job! Plenty of people out there would love a job much less can face a customer and show good customer service especially working with people who have help needs... terrible on this individual. Definitely submitting something to the regional manager.

The drive thru employees work efficiently. The speaker was very clear; neither the employee nor I had to repeat ourselves. The drive thru uses both lanes, which is nice.The outside lane uses the standard vacuum system to send rx and insurance info back and forth. However, here, the standard canister is gone. In its place is a permanent tray that travels. No canister theft here! Only disappointment was that they failed to record my rewards number.I look forward to using this location as my new Walgreens.

Zero StarsRude employees, I was in line, store was busy, when it was my turn the man at the cash register rudely told me his register was closed.Could have at least apologized, or act sympathetic, won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

This is the most ridiculous pharmacy. Here is a list if what will happen when you place refills:1. Mobile requests for delivery stay pending for weeks unless you call2. If they dont have you medication in stock, they just cancel the order! ( has happened twice in past week. Had to finally call to get them to order it.) 3. Almost every refill requires a second call or order to get.4. Staff hang up on you as if your prescription is not importantIt is going to take some old person's family to sue them when their loved one needs life saving medication that they can get because every here is so stupid !

The Walgreens pharmacy here is comprised of the most incompetent dumb employees i've ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. i go to pick up a script, they say it's not ready yet come back in 15 minutes. went back a couple of hours later as i was working, and they say it's out of stock. well the doctor is now closed for the day. how did they NOT know that morning they were out of stock? let alone the wait times are 30+ minutes just to get to the window. i mean really? to put the icing on the cake, this isn't the first issue i've had with them. they seemingly "lose" prescriptions that the doctors office confirms they've sent in multiple times. honestly if you want any kind of competent care, go elsewhere.

I hate giving negative reviews. You really have to piss me off to get anything below 4 stars. But this is the single worst run establishment of any kind. To say the pharmacy is incompetent and clueless is putting it nicely. If you get out of here waiting 30 minutes or less you just won the lottery. If they are out of stock of a certain medication they won't help beyond telling you they are sold out. No path forward. I wish there was a single redeeming quality about this team but they seem to almost strive for creating the worst customer experience ever.

Horrible customer service! Waited in line 15 minutes… it was close to the lunch break…they gave me my prescription but wouldn’t give my son’s prescription which was ready but they ran it thru the wrong insurance and didn’t want to take the time to run it thru the correct insurance so I could pay and take my sons meds home because it was too close to their lunch break . That was their mistake not mine. I had to wait 30 more minutes to get my child’s meds until after their lunch break.

The absolute worst experience’s I have ever had with a pharmacy and not just one time! Multiple occasions of staff not doing what they are supposed to do and/or not knowing what to do. Terrible customer service and extremely long wait times. Do yourself a favor and switch to HEB, Target, Walmart, Costco… anywhere but here and specificity the “Crystal Falls” location. I’m seriously amazed at how bad one place could be and so often. So thankful to transfer my files as they are with me and my frustration on their lack of competence. See ya never!

ALWAYS long lines, you cant even get them on the phone. This has been a problem for over a year. If you want to speak with someone then expect to be on hold for over an hour....Thats if your lucky. 3 times I was on hold for more than 45 mins and then the call "dropped". I changed to HEB and will never go back. They are understaffed. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
