I was supposed to have a package delivered and the tracking says delivered but no package left. Ive been on hold with the two numbers listed and no one has answered in last n30 minutes. I just want my package.

For a post office,this one isnt bad.It depends on what time you go.If you get there about 11 am there is no line.get there after 2,you will be waiting.There is one guy there who works the counter.Hes aces.Help you out with whatever you need.real nice guy.Not your usual post office employee.The rest of the employees are excellent at their job. If they don’t know the answer to your question they will find out for you. Love my local post office

There are some great employees at this location! The line moves pretty quickly (don't go near lunch time) and they are very helpful when I have questions about options and shipping pre-paid parcels.

I don’t question why the post office is going out of business! I paid for shipping after asking how long it would take to get from Austin Texas to Orlando Florida. I was told that it cost between 16 and $18 to get there from Friday till Monday or Tuesday. Here we are Thursday and still no package. If UPS or FedEx had gotten this I would have my products. The post office is old and should be shut down !!!

Truthfully the worst place for answering phones. No matter the time of day they don't ever answer. Very unprofessional!!! Wouldn't give any stars but had to give one but really ridiculous!!!

Instead of standing at the door arguing with me that you're closed and that's why I can't come in to pick up my missed package, you could have just grabbed the package for me. I left work early to try to get there on time, but traffic lights are unforgiving. Everyone knows rush hour is brutal around here so cut the working public some slack.

Perhaps everyone experience is different!
All of my time coming here for shipping, dropping off, or questions I have never once let down by the staffs.
I have gone to usps in Austin, and one in cedar park; this by far is still the best usps out of all.

By far, the worst postal station I've ever lived under. Business and personal mail constantly misdelivered, no self service equipment in the lobby, and indifference to all this that must run from the top down. The esprit de corps of the Rural Letter Carriers has also really changed over the decades. I've complained several times to the DC HQ which does get a reaction but not change. The reason for this review was my mail being delivered to neighbors and it consisted of 4 utility company items, a credit card statement, and a reminder notice from our vet. One of the fastest growing cities in the nation deserves better. Change the service and I'll change this review.

I never received mail on time sometimes have to pay late payment charges because mail not delivered on time it's happening from last year's I went to post office and let them know but still same thing

Rudest supervisor I’ve ever encountered. Other post offices are a dream compared to this location. A parcel was delivered to my mailbox and then returned to sender less than 24 hours later

How is this the United States postal service and ya’ll don’t have any tape for packages. So inconvenient. They made me go buy my own tape before I could process my package with them.

Honestly despite the bad reviews, I’ve never had a negative experience with the employees or had missing packages, i’m sure mistakes happen and people can have bad days so just be aware of that
