Terrible. I paid $13 to ship a small birthday package to my brother in Houston. I had the box pre-addressed but the person who did my label copied it incorrectly. So it was delayed and when I found that, I called the UPS 800 number who told me they couldn't help me and to call the store. So I call the store and a person there helps me with the address change. But two days later, the website still says "Tracking info will be provided as soon as possible." So I call the store again and a person there tells me they can't do anything, only the manager can. So I ask for a call from the manger and... nothing. So I call back the next day and the manager tells me it's correct that only the manager can do address changes, etc., but since that's already done, he can't do anything for me other than provide the same useless info that the UPS website shows me. So now, a week after my brother's birthday and 10 days since I shipped his gift, I'm having to go online and fiddle around with their website to do a claim in hopes that MAYBE I'll get my money back. Poor service all the way around, from this store, the UPS 800 number and their website (which is not user friendly). That was my first and LAST time shipping anything via UPS.**UPDATE** Lol. UPS store owner says "it's delivered" like that fixes everything. Yes, it was *finally* delivered on the *10th* day after shipment when it should have taken one day. It was rec'd a few hours after my review, after I had filed a claim for a missing package and after I don't know how many wasted and completely frustrating phone calls to the UPS customer service # and the store where I shipped it where I was basically told "we don't know". I would go request a refund for such terrible service but I don't even want to set foot in that store again.

I’ve shipped more than a hundred packages from this location WITHOUT ever being ID’d. So today I go in there and the guy with the Wolverine beard asked for my ID which was stolen out of my truck two weeks ago, and I explain to him that I don’t have it and he wouldn’t ship a check that I had to get out today. I certainly do not claim to know the law on whether or not you need an ID these days to ship an envelope but if you do, you should definitely be consistent. What a disaster.

Looks like their favorite word is “No”.They are not here to help you - “the customer”. I think this locations needs an overhaul at the top to set the tone and standards for the store. Unfortunate that we are stuck with this being the only UPS store in the neighborhood.

The notaries provide misleading information at this store and waste your time. They should shut it down. Staff is very arrogant. You are not doing me a favor for free. It's a paid service.

Great service. This area has become popular in the past two years. And so has the lines - depending on time of day. Regardless, the crew does a great job both to give you attention while moving the line along. They are friendly and courteous. This location is better than the alternative - the dreaded post office. I have read a few comments about the manager. Though I have not interacted with him, from what I’ve seen he seems to be following the rules set by UPS.

Was behind a nice young lady in line who seemed confused as to the location of her package and seemed to be asking for some information. Upon asking for information the young woman was cut off multiple times and refused service by the morbidly obese older manager. I’m not sure why this is the case, but the other two individuals at the store during my time seemed very frustrated by interacting with said manager and looking at the other reviews I’m surprised this man is still working here. He is obviously unhappy with his life and job and if I were UPS I would care more about my business and customers than to allow this man to work here any longer. I would like it if I was contacted by his manager or someone who cares about their customers in order to solve this problem.
