Shout out to D.J. for noticing that the rubber pop-ins on the roof of my Highlander became dislodged in the wash. He walked over to the vacuum area and helped me reseat them. Really appreciate the attentive service.
I always receive excellent, friendly service at Tommy’s. Staff is great and the wash is always clean and in order.

Vacuum pressure is horrible only really got light surface dust off during wash. Wouldn't recommend unless you plan on washing your car again right after not worth the 22 dollars

Tommy's has been my go to for car washes for a few years now. A1 car wash in town, always does a fantastic job, and if it misses a spot they'll stand behind it. Free vacuums and mat washers are a big plus. Today is the 3rd time I've had the pleasure of meeting DJ and I can confidently say that he has made the visit for me. Today I had a day off and decided to detail my car. I've been here a little over an hour and DJ has made several checks on me to make sure everything was good on my end. Aside from being one of the best car washes in town, I'd say everything has been great.

charges $5 just to have access to wet wipes to clean the inside of your car after already paying for a car wash. what a rip off. i just went home and used my own wipes. never coming here again. other places don’t nickel and dime you like this

Wow this place is so incredibly money hungry u have to pay $5 for a “detail kit” that includes a wipe and a microfiber towel that is so thin it’s basically a paper towel. The vacuums had little suction I have a dog didn’t pick up any dog hair and barely even the crumbs! I got a coupon but if I hadn’t I’d avoid the place. The prices r absurd

UPDATE: My original review was three stars because the entire experience was pretty mid-tier. But after my license plate fell off while leaving the parking lot and I had to retrieve it from the middle of the road during rush hour, I decided to make a 1.5 ⭐️ rounded to two. So use at your own risk and make sure license plates are screwed on very tight.

First time at Tommy’s car wash. It was a fine car wash, but overpriced for the quality of the wash in my opinion.
Staff was friendly when I went to the cashier window. I wanted a detail kit, but forgot to ask and they didn’t try to upsale me.
Car wash entry is a little clunky because it’s not super clear on when to put the vehicle in neutral, but I managed ok. I was disappointed this business didn’t do the power wash pre-spray that some other car washes do. I hoped that meant that the tunnel itself did a great job cleaning, but was disappointed when I saw wash results.
Thankfully there are detail kit dispensers at the vacuums so I was able to grab one, but the dispenser in my vacuum bay was sold out so I had to go to a different one.
The detail kit had a towel I used to towel dry my vehicle because, for whatever reason, the drying spinners didn’t touch both sides of my car. Not sure if that’s an issue with how I pulled in? But one entire side was left dripping. As I towel dried I noticed LOTS of dirt and bugs still on my car. I used the towel to wipe those off, but was disappointed when I saw obvious patches of dirt still on my vehicle. I drive a white car so I understand it’s more obvious, but I expected a better clean for an almost $20 wash.
I did appreciate the suction on the vacuum cleaners, they made quick work of larger dirt and debris. They stayed on for a good amount of time and the trash cans weren’t overflowing.
All in all, I won’t seek out this car wash, but if I needed something in a pinch a lower tier wash would be fine, but it’s not worth the $18 for the “works.”

So there has been multiple occasions where the young men working there is completely confused, then proceed to straight lie to my face about my account, then use the "I'll let you pass this time" type of verbiage to get me to move along. I don't understand! I pay a membership fee, what exactly do you mean by "I will let you pass this time?" I have been told that either my account was canceled, or when I clearly instructed to pay for 1 month of membership, as this is a temporary vehicle for the month, specifying that I DO NOT CONSENT AUTOPAY FOR THIS VEHICLE. I made sure I got that clear 5 times before leaving and my card was put on autopay and charged. How hard is it to respect the customer's request? Recently I dread going to the car wash, because of the aggravation that I have to endure explaining what happened and what I was told last time I was here. I was told my account has been canceled 3 for 3 weeks straight...and having to explain every single time.. it's frustrating.
On a side note.. I have noticed recently that they skim on the tire dressing/ tire shine even on the most expensive plan (The Works). I am about to cancel all 3 cars and take the business somewhere else.

By all means, TECW is the best carwash I've ever been to. The truck comes out of the washer every time thoroughly clean and shiny and almost completely dry. Never find any drip lines, either. Far better than other car washes!!! Please open a facility closer to Georgetown!!
