I have used Texas Office Machines and Steve LaPerla, the owner's services, since 2019. At the time I worked for a local veterinarian, and we had office machine headaches constantly. We decided to give Texas Office Machines a try. I can honestly tell you that ever since that day our headaches are no longer. When my boss opened another clinic, we immediately knew we needed Steve and his services there as well. I started working for another local vet and we now use Steve and his services there. The owner of that clinic is also thrilled with Texas Office Machines. Steve runs a company that is customer service based, honest, and all at very fair prices. One of the most honest and service-oriented companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed with any aspect of Texas Office Machines.

Steve LaPerla returned my call to discuss repairing my printer. I found my conversation with Steve to be extremely helpful. Although my options were limited, I very much appreciated his honest and professional opinion. Without hesitation, I would call him again if I needed help with my printer.

Steve at T.O.M.helped me out of a bind when I had a part missing on my printer. Even though it wasn’t a machine he services he took the time to look through spare parts that he had and was able to find a part that worked. Thanks for getting me out of a jam. Called multiple printer repair companies in my area and no one would work on my printer. Called Steve on a Wednesday asking for someone to look at my Ricoh Aficio printer. He had a tech out Friday, bad news, costs too much to repair. Steve worked with me and got me a good used printer within my budget. Picked it up the following Wednesday and it works like a charm. Prints came out even better then my previous printer. Totally recommend Steve @ Texas Office Machines. Great guy and actually cares about his customers.

Copier Steve at Texas Office Machines is the very best that there is. He and Krista work very hard to make sure that their customers are taken care of and their machines are working efficiently. This company is very honest and has the highest customer service. They are always extremely professional and kind in every interaction.

I'm confident in saying you won't get better service anywhere else. Our office has purchased two used machines from Steve. He's always responsive, professional, and fairly priced. I won't use anyone else. He goes above and beyond and his recommendations have never failed.

Steve of T.O.M. really cares! Great machines. Great, competent, LOCAL service! Don't pay big bucks for a new copier. If you need a machine for copy, print, scan... This is the place!

Steve sold us a "Gently used machine" which turned out to jam continually. He came out at least 5 times within the first six months. Eventually he offered to replace the copier if I paid the freight which was a very nice gesture. although this one was no better. In fact while setting it up it wouldn't feed paper and he had to mess with it for 20 minutes. Once he left we printed 3 or 4 pages before this one began jamming. At this point he no longer wanted to continue the contract and just pushed us to buy a new printer. We typically print less than thousand pages a month as we're a small office. Truly disappointing. I would be wary of his claims of selling gently used machines, they seem to be junk.

We have used Steve with Texas Office Machines for several years now. Steve would repair our copier we have had for 11 years. Finally, the copier gave out and we leased a copier through Steve. I have been very happy with the copier and have had no problems. It's been a great experience. The only problem I have is that the bottom door of the copier that stores the paper is not closing. Steve knew about the problem from day one and has not followed up to repair. Other than that issue, We have been completely happy with the services and the copier.
