During my visit to this store on a trip from Houston to Austin, I was impressed by the quality compared to other stores. They had excellent seasonal decorations, fresh fruits and vegetables, and chicken pieces specifically cut for curries. The large meat shop offered a wide variety of meats, and I loved the convenience of having an accessible pharmacy and Starbucks inside. It's the perfect place to get everything under one roof, and the hygiene and cleanliness deserve a 5-star rating

I purchased a corsage and boutonniere at Randalls in Leander. When I got them home I noticed a very bad smell coming from the corsage and the ribbon had a large noticeable orange stain on it. In order to make it work I had to cut part of the ribbon to get rid of the stain. Also, I specifically asked the florist not to give me a wrist corsage and that is exactly what was given to me. In addition there was no pin attached to the corsage whereby I could pin it to my granddaughter’s dress if I wanted to. Although the boutonniere appeared in better shape, both contained flowers that obviously weren’t fresh. After spending nearly $50 on these flowers I was greatly disappointed. I would have returned them but needed them for that afternoon .After this experience I will never purchase a corsage or boutonniere from the floral department at this Randall’s location again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Randall's Leander that I feel compelled to share. During a visit, my husband and I attempted to purchase a twelve-pack of water bottles that was clearly labeled on the shelf for $21.99. However, when we scanned the item at the self-checkout, we were informed that assistance was needed.
A female staff member with green and blue hair who was working at the self checkout lanes approached and coldly greeted us and then immediately and assertively stated that the water bottles were sold individually, despite the clear shelf labeling. I explained the situation, but her response to my explanation was dismissive. She then called a manager for further assistance.
The male manager who wore a blue shirt that day came out of the front office near the self checkout lanes and immediately reiterated that the bottles were to be sold individually, ignoring the fact that they were shelved and priced as a twelve-pack. My husband even had a photo of the price tag to support our claim. Despite this, the female staff member's attitude remained unprofessional, and I had to snap back at her about a response she had to something I was saying to my husband about it not being our fault about it being placed on the shelf. Her response when she heard me say that when she rudely interrupted my conversation was, “We know that. That’s why we’re trying to help you!” I looked her straight in the eye and responded that apparently they didn’t know anything because we are apparently helping them, so she could spare me the attitude. She looked at me and walked away. All of this right in front of her manager! He neither defended me, the customer, by asking her not to speak that way to me, nor his employee if I was wrong for snapping at her, which he knows I wasn’t. Truth be told, I would like her to know that we were the ones helping her and her manager KNOW THAT their store is disorganized and full of unprofessional employees. After all the inconvenience to us, the manager instructed the staff member to override the issue, but only after we had to go out of our way to prove our point, and not without what seemed like an attitude of resentment from the cashier.
This experience was absolutely frustrating and highlights a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service at Randall’s Leander. The dismissive and cocky attitude of the staff for what was supposed to be a simple transaction, for us, made us feel accused of being dishonest, which was entirely uncalled for. Perhaps this incident will serve as a reality check for the employees and managers at Randall's Leander, reminding them to get their facts straight before making customers feel like liars.
Additionally, I would advise anyone who suffers from anxiety and depression to avoid shopping at this Randall's if they are looking for a smoother shopping experience. Dealing with snobby and patronizing retail employees who can't act professionally can be particularly distressing.
As a result, I am hesitant to shop at Randall's Leander again. I always had good things to say about this store since shopping there in 2017 but this most recent experience with those two Randall’s workers was an absolute unprofessional mess. The cashier and manager seemed to think they knew what was going on in their store but I called them out on the fact they don’t, so don’t ever come at me with that kind of disrespect, again. I hope that the store management who are actually serious about customer experiences in their stores will take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such issues are handled more professionally in the future.

I love shopping here. My favorite local grocery store. Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. Produce always looks great and the Deli is always stocked.

Eerily clean and fully stocked yet devoid of customers. After touring the store, I left in distaste of how much food will likely get thrown out because of lack of sales. Funnily enough, the "bulk foods" section is just bags of candy.
I have no idea who Randall's is trying to target with high prices and not many healthy options. Deal shoppers, I guess? I don't think I'll ever go to a Randall's other than to avoid a crowd or out of sheer desperation.

Love the deals! But when i need curbside it’s been the worst. Once was it good. Every other time there is always something. There are hardly any curbside orders here to have so many frustrations. And for me to write a review is alot bc i dont typically. But come on.
-delayed orders causing me more issues getting it picked up by someone in the family. (As i cannot go myself now. )
-missing items ( causing issues from refunding and not be able to re order at same price bc the deal is over) (this last particular order did item substitutions but just didnt load them in when my brother picked it up.) i just can not anymore. Its not even that full like heb

I was injured at this store while shopping and the follow up on the incident was extremely poor. They offered me a laughable sum of money, which was positioned to me as a “courtesy”. I now have to escalate the situation due to their negligence. I used to shop here often and now I’m quite offended by how little concern they show when their negligence leads to the harm of their customers.

Tried to drop off a package today 8.10.24 and the only lady there was a ridiculously rude lady named Susan. I walked in and wasn't sure where to go so I said I'm looking for FedEx drop-off. She then snapped back "yes I know that I will do it over here. " which wasn't even at the desk it was in self check out.. so I confirmed "for FedEx?" Again she snapped "yea that's why I told you I'd do it here" then she looked down not even looking at me and with a sarcastic tone trying to get me to leave said "we can't print anything" I told her that's fine. Then I waited watching her talk with another employee and she turned around and looked at me and said "it's finished ?". Horrible experience will not be back again.

Thank you cashier Juan for being such a jerk and wishing me fun as I exited the store leaving the items I selected. I did have fun, not fight fruit flies over rotted produce a much better selection at HEB for a lower price and an extremely courteous cashier! I guess customer service is not your forte, but when a customer declines the items it is probably best to leave it at that and not continue to debate the issue. Thanks again and many blessings!

Ordered a birthday cake for my son 2 weeks ahead of time. Called me 3 hours before I was to get it to say they couldn’t do my design. Cake they showed me was terrible. They remade it and it was just as bad. Do not buy birthday cakes here. They do not care what they look like
