  Don't ship things here. I had a medium sized flat-rate USPS box. Postnet accepts USPS packages. They wanted $51.00. When she said that, I looked up the flat rate for that box at USPS. At USPS its $21.00. I asked the Postnet person for the cheapest, slowest rate and she said that was it. I said no thank you, drove over to the post office and paid $21. Don't pay their 140% mark up.

  PostNet in Leander is one of those rare local businesses that truly makes you feel welcomed and valued every time you walk in. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and personable—they take the time to get to know you by name, which gives the place a warm, community feel that’s hard to find these days. It’s more than just a shipping or printing stop—it genuinely feels home-like and inviting.
  
  Every visit is a smooth and pleasant experience. Whether I’m there for shipping, printing, faxing, or even just grabbing supplies, the team is always quick, efficient, and courteous. The store itself is very clean, organized, and well-maintained, which only adds to the overall experience.

  We’ve gone here a few times in the last month and appreciate them so much. They have a bounty of services (even notary!) and are always incredibly kind. There is a lady and a gentleman that work there that I’ve interacted with that are both wonderful (sorry, I can’t recall their names — My bad!). I could sit and chat with them over anything if we all didn’t have something to get on with; That’s how nice they are! Their prices are reasonable and they provide both great options and products. We’ll be seeing y’all again any time we need something shipped via expedited methods, notarized, or just a friendly face to say “Howdy!” to. Thank you for being such a great business. Appreciate you!

  Website says they take passport photos but they don’t. Sent my husband here after checking the website to make sure their services include taking passport photos, but he was turned away in the store by an employee telling him they don’t do them. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of his time.

  Rob at PostNet Leander went above and beyond for me resolving a problem when a package shipped to Mexico was bounced around by Mexican customs. This was an important package as it had some of my mom's medical needs. If it hadn't been for him intervening and escalating the issue I don't think I would have gotten my package back. Thank you Rob!!
