They cancelled my appointment the day of after confirming the night before. I did not check my text message since Petco always sends me auto-texts for sales and coupons. Management did not offer to help me reschedule or try to work you. I heard "we are sorry I know you are frustrated." Do better Petco!! I cancelled my 47 pound dog food subscription from you. There are too many other choices for this family with 3 dogs, a cat, and a fish.

This Petco has the best grooming staff and cleanest facility. Lyssa is the best groomer my dog has ever gone to! She has great customer service and always pays attention to the details. Thank you Lyssa for being awesome!

just wanted to say that my dog was told that he could never be groomed here again because he was biting the groomer. My dog has gotten groomed at petco for the last 2-3 years, and have always gotten a positive report back, if anything they love my fluff ball ! but when i got the call that the leander location could not continue his grooming due to his biting i was shock, when arriving the lady with blonde hair was quite rude about it and basically threw my dog over the counter at me, and rudely said my dog wasn't welcomed and left him extremely patchy and ugly :( the lakeline location is the best location to be at!! they always welcome bandit and leave him the. eat they can every time. I added two pictures,one that how he was left today and was still dirty and the second one is how the lakeline groomers did. HUGE DIFFERENCE. My dog does not bite, he doesn't playfully bite, but you'd have to really really provoke him in order for him to bite you. PAMELA WAS HER NAME. SHES BEEN RECEIVING A LOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS. PETCO DO YOUR THING, AND STOP THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! (just the leander location)

We took our mini Australian shepherd in for a haircut and bath. We picked the longest haircut for him and came back to pick him up and he was buzzed short! I am so angry, it is the middle of winter and now he has little hair to keep him warm. She didn’t listen to what we asked. He had hair falling off of him when we came to pick him up. It was like she just shaved him and gave him back to us. I will never be going there again!

They refused to groom my dog because she had a heart murmur. After waiting a month and a half for the appointment. She was a repeat customer but refused by a rude technician.

My dog's groomer moved so I made an appointment online for her to get groomed here. An hour and a half before her appointment, one of the groomers called and asked if I wanted to bring my dog in earlier. I said sure and then I asked about the process. I had asked if she would be in a kennel at all. The lady said yes and asked how old Pepper was. I told her she was 13, almost 14 and she said, "oh. Did you want to cancel and get a mobile groomer?" What?!?!? I told her no. She needs to be groomed. So I took her up to get groomed. An older lady was at the grooming desk, and the first thing she said was Pepper didn't need to be groomed. I disagreed bc she hadn't been groomed in a couple of months. Then she struggled with checking Peppers teeth and said they couldn't groom her because her teeth were so bad. She has never had any issues with getting groomed anywhere, and she is 14 years old. Her teeth aren't perfect, but this is something that could be mentioned on the website or when the lady called me to come in early. She truly just acted like she didn't want to work. I left very upset with the terrible way we were treated and the poor communication. Never would go back as long as the older lady and her manager still work there. The manager wouldn't even come out of her office to talk to me. Poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever!!! 2x Ive taken my little puppy here who is super sweet and doesnt bark, bite, etc. ... she is just very affectionate and wants to get to know you and the old lady groomer turned her away both times because her heart rate was too high and you could tell the lady just wanted to clock out for the day... she just is a new place and not with her dad - of course she will be nervous!!!! I think she had to pee and the groomer said she wouldn't take her back even if I took her potty. My puppy has never had issues with any groomer anywhere or pet sitting place- she is the most gentle dog! The blonde lady stocking the shelves was also rude!!! I asked her for help finding two items and she just stared at me wide eyed and paused and abruptly said no and looked at me like I was asking for something crazy. This place is horrible. I wouldnt trust them with any pet!

I've come a couple times in a row now to get help for my new aquarium and the guy and girl who helped me were both wonderful. Really grateful for the time they took on me and also for letting me ask questions and giving me helpful answers. The cashiers were lovely too. Thanks Petco :)
