When we got to her house/business, she greeted us with a bright smile, looked at my fiancé and I and already knew what to let us try on. Soon as I walked in Lori greeted me and asked if I needed help. Immediately o said yes, because this was not a “cruise shopping trip”. Told her I was looking for
masks and she walked me to the bin and I noticed they only had one color - all blacks. She offers to go to the back stockroom to look for more prints. She came back with additional colors - I ended up purchasing one of each she found and two packs of black masks. Lori was happy, helpful, attentive and offered to search for more.

“The staff was unattentive, seemed like they really didn't want to be there, and didn't do anything (check us out or get us a fitting room) without being flagged down. That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”

“Came here to shop for some new shoes and was greeted and helped out by the most friendly and well mannered staff I have ever seen in a retail store. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, even when a young man was already grabbing me my shoes. I tried my shoes on and was happy but I wanted to check the finish line upstairs for pricing. Said I would be back but ended up coming back to Foot Locker since they had the better price. The employee that helped me out remembered me and my shoes and my size that he put back after I left so he was quick to bring them back out. They rang up even cheaper than the tag said they were on the shelf which was awesome. All in all a great visit.”
“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”
